I came to the tooth festival after get off work today because I had to pay my salary, so I came to try the Shangji Roast Pork that I had never tasted before!

This time I ordered the Japanese platter, a total of 8 kinds of Japanese Wagyu beef for two people, $32xx (from my impression). With the Japanese and tableside grilling service, I think this price is really a good deal (there are two steaks included! The skill of grilling is quite good. Each kind of meat has its own characteristics, and you can also watch it. Meal situation adjustment speed.

My favorite is the first-grade fillet. Hiyori is really suitable for eating fillet, which is a less fatty part. It is not overly greasy and is very sweet. It is a perfect match with the sauce.

In addition, I also love the rib-eye top meat, a thin slice that is completely edible and has the sweetness of wagyu 🤤

The most amazing thing this time is that I got a bunch of free gifts when I came to the store for the first time. When I became a member for the first time, I got a glass of beer for free. In addition, I also got a gift of Australian Wagyu beef for the anniversary, a punch of sparkling Japanese wine, and a cheese dessert at the end.

After eating everything, I went home with a satisfied belly😋

東區超級推薦的高級和牛燒肉店,全程桌邊服務,和牛入口即化,5星必來🔥 #和牛燒肉 #桌邊服務 #東區燒肉 看到 Fooday 上的其他 Foo 友盛讚這家上吉燒肉,於是就安排了一天預約用餐。 線上訂位很難預約,建議提早預訂,像我們前一週只能訂到星期天 17:00 的位子。用餐時間2小時,以燒肉來說非常充足。 —— ꕥ 服務 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 5/5 甫到店門口,就有人員出來詢問訂位資訊及引導入座,包包及外套也都會主動幫忙鎖至置物櫃,從入店開始就感受到無微不至的服務,非常貼心。 店員介紹菜單跟肉品的部分也是相當專業,每一個品項都能詳細介紹,也會依客人喜好去建議肉品選擇。用餐完也會餐後詢問最有印象的肉品,記錄起來以便下次用餐提供更客製化的建議~ ꕥ 環境 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 5/5 店內環境非常舒適,我們坐的是吧台桌,吧台對面就是一個專門的店員時刻幫我們烤肉及掌握用餐狀況。店內深處還有和式的包廂間,也是會有一個桌邊服務生在裡面負責烤肉。 座位區基本上都維持的很乾淨,是會願意讓人坐下來慢慢聊天的氛圍。 ꕥ 餐點 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 5/5 中午有商業套餐,價格比較划算,晚上用餐的話,就全部只有單點可以選擇。 餐廳唯一的限制是:菜單第一頁的和牛品項至少要點三份,後面的其他肉品則可以自由選擇。 店員也會用平板介紹他們當期的隱藏菜單,我們嘗試了水果玉米,吃起來非常香甜多汁。這次用餐我們2位共點了: ✧ 嚴選和牛橫隔膜(兩片盛合) $360 ✧ 嚴選和牛後腰翼板肉(兩片盛合) $260 ✧ 牛肋條(兩片) $150 ✧ 香蘋和牛卷(兩枚) $480 ✧ 和牛生牛肉 $380 ✧ 伊比利豬肋條 $380 ✧ 黑豬五花(附生菜) $280 ✧ 松阪豬肉 $280 ✧ 雞頸肉 $280 ✧ 北海道干貝(兩顆) $180 ✧ 櫛瓜 $140 ✧ 月見拌飯 $140 🌟 其中我覺得最有印象的就是牛橫隔膜、香蘋和牛卷跟伊比利豬肋條! 牛內臟的部分吃起來完全沒有臭臭的牛味,很軟嫩香甜。日本和牛更是入口即化,高包覆的油脂分佈,卷上蘋果籤,成為可口的和牛蘋果卷,吃進嘴裡更清爽不膩口,是非常有特色的一個組合。 他們家的豬肉品項也都沒有豬臭味,相當好吃美味,主要是肉的品質好,加上店員全程代烤,技術相當純熟,才可以烤出這麼美味好吃的燒肉。 他們家的「厚切牛舌」通常很快就賣完了,我們這次去也沒有吃到,建議如果想要品嚐他們的厚切牛舌,可以預先打電話預留,或是線上訂位時打備註喔! —— 我們還有點了沙瓦跟 Sapporo 生啤,很適合配燒肉享用,整體來說是個非常完美的燒肉用餐體驗,我絕對會想要再光顧! 重點是,價位非常合理,完全不貴啊!激推的東區和牛燒肉店,一定要來嚐嚐看🙌

燒肉慶生餐,看到YT痛風老饕推薦而來的!訂位還是幸運候補上的(週五晚餐時段) 推薦點盛和的形式(拼盤) 可以選擇多個想嘗試的部位,做成每個部位兩片或三片份量的拼盤,就不需要一次點一份(同個部位吃5-6片) 我們兩人用餐,選了六個部位 各兩片的拼盤 日本和牛:羽下肉、牛小排、肩胛芯 澳洲和牛:後腰翼板、外橫隔膜、後腹肉 另外再單點肋眼牛排、薄牛舌 加LINE好友有再送干貝 全程店員幫烤,店員很親切而且技術很好節奏很棒!都會推薦吃法,詢問喜歡的熟度~ 我最喜歡的是肋眼牛排,厚度跟油花真的好美😻平常吃不到這種好肉,也烤不出這種外酥內嫩的熟度,最後吃到這塊牛排真的太滿足太完美了! 備註慶生店家還會準備一整顆四寸蛋糕⋯ 用餐結束再幫你記錄你的喜好,下次再來就可再推薦或幫你記得⋯⋯有夠貼心❤️‍🔥值得五星好評的燒肉店!價格也很合理!絕對會再訪!
