Roast pork birthday meal, recommended by YT gout lover!
We were lucky enough to get a table on the waiting list (Friday dinner time)

Recommend ordering the Shenghe style (platter)
You can choose multiple parts you want to try and make a platter with two or three slices of each part, so you don’t need to order one portion at a time (eat 5-6 slices of the same part)

The two of us ate and chose a platter of six cuts and two slices each.
Japanese Wagyu beef: ribs, short ribs, shoulder blades
Australian Wagyu beef: flank plate, external diaphragm, flank meat

My favorite is the rib-eye steak. The thickness and oiliness are really beautiful😻I usually can’t eat this kind of good meat, nor can I grill it to such a degree of crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I’m really satisfied with eating this steak in the end. so perfect!

Tsukimi bibimbap is really delicious! Just one serving for two people Raw eggs, sesame oil, chopped green onions, seaweed (no seafood but very rich flavor)
The rice in this store is really delicious! Because it was so delicious, I especially noticed that they had "Niigata Koshiki Rice" cooked in a Zojirushi electronic pot (I checked specifically to check that the unit price was very high 😂😛) and it was really satisfying to go with the yakiniku!
Of the single order beef tongue, only the thin version was left that day. What a pity!

The rib eye steak is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The doneness is great. The portion is huge! Served with rice, mustard, and salt, various combinations are great!
