This is a handmade pasta that I eat every week. It has a chewy texture. However, later on, the quality became unstable and I seldom went there again. It's the same this time, the dough is still very good, but the seasoning is too salty, so I gave it three stars.

The Torch Noodles with Truffle and Wild Mushrooms and White Sauce I ate this time, you can taste the rich mushroom flavor, and the taste is very special and delicious. The only drawback is that it's too salty.

The green sauce that my friend ordered was quite delicious, and the whole taste was sweet. Originally the green sauce had a very mild taste, but now that the recipe has been changed... I really don't like it.

Overall, it's a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. It's worth a try to avoid the red dishes.
