Location: Songshan District, Taipei City

The last dinner before the end of the holiday was spent searching for a restaurant with available seats in the East District and Xinyi District. I made various calls in conjunction with opening hours and, after being turned down multiple times, finally found this restaurant. It was a bit further from the shopping area, but it was acceptable enough that we rode a Ubike directly to the vicinity of the restaurant and walked the rest of the way.

🌟 Cloud Ricotta Pushetta
There were tons of recommendations for this dish in the reviews! So I was very excited to see the actual food. It resembled a bread tower, and even though it was a cold dish, the cloud-like cream on top was quite sweet while the bread below was salty. The combination of sweet and savory was very delicious, and the cloud cream was extremely smooth. Both my friend and I rated this dish highly. 👍

🌟 8-Hour Slow-Cooked Tomato Meat Sauce Shell Pasta
This restaurant introduced their handmade pasta, so when ordering, they asked if I wanted it soft. I personally have always preferred softer pasta, so I requested it to be cooked softer. The beef sauce was incredibly tasty. I initially thought it would have a strong tomato flavor, but it didn’t at all, and it paired excellently. I chose to have it cooked a bit softer, and I felt it was just right. It had a great texture and was delicious. 👍

🌟 Tomato Matsusaka Pork Torch Noodles
The noodles in this dish are very different from the shell pasta. The introduction mentioned that these noodles have a chewier texture. I was worried that the flavors might be too similar, but they turned out to be completely different when they arrived. The Matsusaka pork had the perfect texture as well. Overall, it was very delicious. 😋

🌟 Tiramisu
It was mentioned during the introduction that it contains alcohol, but when I actually tasted it, I found the alcohol flavor wasn't too strong. It was incredibly smooth and delicious. As a tiramisu enthusiast, I really loved it.

Overall, the entire restaurant had a very Instagram-worthy style. From the interior to the exterior and even the plates, it was all very photogenic. I took quite a few photos. The flavors were pretty good too, but the portions weren't overly large. My friend didn't feel full, but thankfully the dessert helped a lot. 🤣
