Gonogami Seisakusho is probably one of the most well-known ramen shops in Kita City. It usually specializes in shrimp series ramen and tsukemen.
During holidays, the store will launch various limited products from time to time for customers to try.

I came here specifically for the limited edition tsukemen today, and I enjoyed it to the fullest! ! Thick crab king-like tsukemen! ! !
In addition, I also ordered thick tomato shrimp tsukemen and limited edition rice.
This adds up to about 800 yuan.

The tsukemon noodles are made of thick, thick buckwheat noodles, which are springy and extremely chewy. The decorated crab shells are stuffed with processed crab meat, and the tsukemen soup base is made from rich crab paste.
Although the cooking method is simple and violent, the processing process must not be easy.

Thick tomato and shrimp tsukemen: an everyday basic.
The tsukemon noodles are also made from thick buckwheat noodles, and the tsukemen soup is made from tomatoes and a lot of shrimp juice.
If you say that after eating the crab king noodles, your mind will be filled with crabs, then after eating this bowl, your mind will be filled with shrimps.

If the tsukemen soup is too thick, you can ask the store to add some broth to make it lighter before drinking. There are still large pieces of koji in the tsukemen soup that can be eaten, so don’t waste it!

Limited rice: Curry-flavored barbecued pork rice.
I originally thought it contained crab content, but I didn't tell the truth and was a bit embarrassed...
But of course, the flaws are not hidden and it is still delicious. At most, I just remember to ask what the contents of the limited meal are next time.

Overall, I will be keeping an eye on Facebook every week to find out what the flavor of this week’s limited edition ramen is.
Except for the occasional shyness of Ruan Nang, there is nothing that can stop me from visiting again and again.

源自日本東京新宿,2017 年來台開店後便成經典至今,每週末都會在 Instagram 上貼出限定款拉麵,引發排隊熱潮。 不過平日白天只要避開用餐高峰時段,不太需要排隊。平日此店也僅專注供應三個拉麵品項。 這回點了濃厚豚骨蝦沾麵(超值豪華版,中份麵量)加B套餐(高麗菜與可樂),沾湯鹹度不過鹹,蝦味足,濃稠度也適中,不致吃起來過鹹。 麵吃完後店員有來問要不要加湯,考慮鈉含量攝取問題便算了。高麗菜份量滿多,吃起來也很清甜,推薦追加。

環境🌕🌕🌕餐點🌕🌕🌕 聞名已久,自己本身也很愛吃沾麵,這次剛好在松菸玩耍就過來吃吃看,外觀跟內裝有一種日式居酒屋加西式咖啡廳的感覺,因此還沒吃就覺得身心放鬆了下來😂 平日中午來吃幾乎不用排隊,馬上就入座了,沾麵定番有經典蝦蝦跟番茄蝦蝦,跟友人一人點了一種,整間店都是濃濃的蝦味,讓人從進店到點餐的過程中期待度滿滿。 我點的品項全名是濃厚豚骨番茄蝦沾麵,跟經典品項的配置差別在少了高麗菜跟海苔,多了一片法國麵包和一小坨青醬,沾醬裡則多了兩顆小番茄~先說那片法國麵包,很訝異,烤得剛剛好,外酥內軟,不管是沾蝦湯、抹青醬都非常好吃,坦白說當下真想再來一塊🤤 沾麵麵體是稍微粗一點的中捲麵,非常扒湯,口感也很有嚼勁,沾湯本身則真的是超濃厚的蝦味與一點點番茄酸甜點綴,是吃的時候腦袋裡忍不住會想‘’如果有人對蝦子過敏,應該會吃一口就絕頂升天吧‘’的那種濃郁。 至於豪華版本附的配料糖心蛋跟叉燒,我覺得,很普通,下次應該不會點豪華版了,省下90元專心吃蝦味就好,何況原本沾湯中就有三塊還不錯吃的塊狀叉燒肉,雖不大,對於想吃一點肉的朋友來說應該也是足夠了🤣 完食後懶人心得:還不錯,但也不會想常吃,點豪華中碗的就吃好飽,下次應該點基本中碗的就好。
