Located in the alley next to Nanjing Fuxing Station, the staff will kindly ask whether you want your barley tea hot or cold.
The two of us ordered four items and were so full we could barely move.
Buckwheat cold noodles $180: I really like their buckwheat noodles; they are fragrant and have a nice chewy texture. I always order buckwheat noodles along with other single items.
Tempura buckwheat cold noodles $290: The tempura batter is very crispy and maintains its crispness even when it cools down, without getting oily.
(Large portion) Fried pork cutlet $190: The large portion is quite generous, a bit thin but has a solid texture, very fragrant and I really like it!
Karaage fried tofu $130: The tofu tastes good only when paired with the sauce.
The menu offers a variety of rich options and it’s a place worth revisiting. The shop has a nostalgic vibe, although the signal isn't great inside. 😆
