Mianxian Wang Sweet Noodle is located at Lane 337, Section 3, Nanjing East Road, not far from Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station. It is situated in the back alley of Breeze Nanjing Department Store and IKEA Taipei City Store.

Today, I enjoyed the mixed noodle soup, priced at 70 NT dollars.

Mixed Noodle Soup:
The large bowl of mixed noodle soup is filled with ingredients; the "mixed" part refers to the large intestine and meat paste. The large intestine is handled quite cleanly, with no fishy taste, and is chewy with a nice bounce. The meat paste has a similar chewy texture and seems to use a paste-making process, which slightly differs from the traditional meat paste. The noodle soup is delicate and smooth, with a rich broth that is not overly salty. The generous amount of pepper adds a nice spiciness that harmonizes well with the braised broth, making it very tasty.

The restaurant provides garlic paste, vinegar, and chili, which can be adjusted to personal taste.

Overall, this is a great place for a quick break and to enjoy Taiwanese snacks. The seating is limited, and the space is somewhat narrow and long, but the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The prices are relatively reasonable in Taipei, and if you order the sweet noodles, there seems to be an option to refill the soup.
