This restaurant is actually my spare tire. I only come here when the Shi family is on holiday😅

The highlight of Chunfa is that as long as you have some soup, you can add Lu Pork Rice for only NT$10, which is a great deal!

But there are only three kinds of soup here, peeled pepper chicken soup, clam chicken soup and bacon and bamboo shoots flavored braised pork ribs soup. I don’t like peeling peppers and I don’t like bacon in soup, so the only thing left to order is clam chicken soup.

The chicken has been stewed in the soup for a long time, and all the essence has been melted into the soup. The taste of the chicken is not that good, but the clams seem to have been stewed in the soup for a long time, and the clam meat has become mushy. Although it is not What a strange fishy smell, but I have never seen such a cooking method. Usually the clams are added at the end, and the clams are cooked and served. If you like more soup, you can add stock for free.

Fried tofu
Four pieces are only 20 yuan, but the taste is very strange. I don’t know if it was marinated for too long. The skin tastes a bit tough, and the saltiness of each piece is different. It’s a bit weird.

Lu Pork Rice
As long as you have some soup, you can purchase Lu Pork Rice for NT$10. The portion is not too small. There is a strong taste of white pepper in the mouth. You can't tell that there is no white pepper sprinkled on it. It must have been added during the marinade. I don't like such a strong white pepper flavor. The Lu juice is salty and only slightly sweet. , I feel that the Lu juice is not enough and I can add more, but the original amount is enough, and adding more will be too salty.

Compared with Shijia here, although the windows are bright and clean, the overall taste is slightly less favorable. If Shijia is open, I would still prefer Shijia.

位於永春捷運站附近的《純發滷肉飯》,是平價台式小吃店,其實我個人評分是沒有到2.5那麼糟,但以此程式評分3顆星等於會回訪(這家我個人是真的沒東西吃才會去到那種,比較符合2.5的標準,單看價格我是覺得還算便宜,有興趣的還是能來試看看喔! 這次點了招牌滷肉飯搭配燙青菜、油豆腐與滷蛋。其中表現最好的是油豆腐,滷得入味、外皮微皺吸附滷汁,內裡滑嫩,鹹香夠味。燙青菜選用的是空心菜,加了蒜頭增香,炒得爽脆不過老,唯一比較明顯的是胡椒下得比較重,會稍微搶走青菜本身的鮮味。 《滷蛋》 偏乾,蛋黃略顯粉粉的,建議可以再滷得濕潤一點會更討喜。 《招牌滷肉飯》 表現中規中矩,肥瘦比例均衡,但整體風味偏淡、香氣略不足,屬於那種吃完會覺得「還可以,但不特別回味」的類型。 總結來說,《純發滷肉飯》是一家方便、快速、價位合理的用餐選擇,若剛好在附近辦事或逛街時肚子餓,是能快速解決一餐的在地小吃,不過若是特地前來,可能會稍嫌普通~

先說結論: #松山路美食商圈#肥肉派滷肉飯推薦🔥 點餐時段:週三20:00 候位時間:3分鐘!(滿座率100%) 等餐時間:2分鐘 可支付方式:現金 以下為此次點餐的品項及價格🔻 🔺蛤蜊雞湯 $90👍🏼 天冷冷來上一碗真的好幸福🩷蛤蜊就當它是提味的吧😅每隻都爛爛的根本無肉可言,雞肉燉的骨頭都酥軟可吃,肉質微柴可以接受,湯頭真的很讚!喝完不會口乾舌燥不會過鹹 🔺滷肉飯 $35👍🏼 肥肉膠質滿滿派系!久久吃一次滷肉飯真的好過癮,白飯的話濕度適中,滷汁滷肉份量都給的很有誠意,吃到最後一口都還有 🔺大腸頭 $80 切的太小段變得沒什麼口感可惜了,本身有味道了加了醬油有點過鹹,薑絲給超多配著很讚 🔺油豆腐 $20 一份三塊,口味偏鹹吸飽湯汁還蠻嫩的 🔺滷蛋 $20 口味正常應該是雞蛋,大小偏大還不錯 櫃檯姐姐熱情招呼有效率,後方工作人員也都很勤快,滷肉飯界的得來速,點餐轉身剛坐下餐點就齊了😆

A bit disappointing. The idea is good, but most of the food in different stalls (tested 3) is pretty average and oily. Nothing else to do inside. But nice picnic table to spend some time with friends. Prices are ok.
