Clams just enhance the flavor, right?😅 Each one is so tender there's hardly any meat, and the chicken is stewed to the point where the bones are soft enough to eat. The meat is slightly dry but acceptable, and the broth is really great! After drinking, you won’t feel parched or overly salty.

Rich in fatty, gelatinous goodness! Eating braised pork rice every once in a while is really satisfying. The white rice has the right moisture, and the braising sauce and pork are quite generous; you still have some left by the last bite.

Cut too small, losing some texture, which is a pity. It has flavor, but with the added soy sauce, it becomes a bit too salty. The shredded ginger served with it is abundant and really great.
