🔺Clam Chicken Soup $90👍🏼
On a cold day, having a bowl of this is truly blissful🩷. Clams just enhance the flavor, right?😅 Each one is so tender there's hardly any meat, and the chicken is stewed to the point where the bones are soft enough to eat. The meat is slightly dry but acceptable, and the broth is really great! After drinking, you won’t feel parched or overly salty.
🔺Braised Pork Rice $35👍🏼
Rich in fatty, gelatinous goodness! Eating braised pork rice every once in a while is really satisfying. The white rice has the right moisture, and the braising sauce and pork are quite generous; you still have some left by the last bite.
🔺Large Intestine Head $80
Cut too small, losing some texture, which is a pity. It has flavor, but with the added soy sauce, it becomes a bit too salty. The shredded ginger served with it is abundant and really great.
🔺Fried Tofu $20
Three pieces in a serving, with a salty flavor, absorbs the broth well, and is quite tender.
🔺Braised Egg $20
Normal flavor, probably chicken eggs, a bit on the larger side but not bad.

The counter staff was enthusiastic and efficient, and the workers behind the scenes were very diligent. It’s like fast food in the braised pork rice world; I turned around after ordering and the food arrived just as I sat down! 😆

若說起嘉義火雞肉飯,在地人都有自己心裡最愛的那幾間,不如談談:為何我們總得回到嘉義去吃? 嘉義人的餐廳有其獨特樣貌,火雞肉飯、涼麵、涼菜,都與其他處不同,可以感受到當地人謹守在地飲食文化。 單論這火雞肉飯吧,肉片必須名符其實使用火雞肉,調味是雞豬熱油、黑醬油香、或油蔥混合,各有千秋,煮飯更是基本功夫。 在阿樓師內用,點了小碗肉片飯,開放式空間無冷氣,飯略顯濕黏,醬汁普通略油,火雞肉片確是很有味道與嚼勁。 總有一家子來阿樓師吃飯,點得滿桌菜飯,店家與客人們親切聊天,如街坊鄰居般,外客依然排隊,或許我沒趕上最佳用餐時機與品項,又何妨?

A bit disappointing. The idea is good, but most of the food in different stalls (tested 3) is pretty average and oily. Nothing else to do inside. But nice picnic table to spend some time with friends. Prices are ok.

Here, we roam around the Bangkok’s signature food court for the city’s most ordinary yet eXtraordinarily delectable drinks & noodles feasts. nom nom nom + affordable + ample aircon + vibrant vibes + fast + plenty of comfy seats + exotic background music + bromantic sexy lightings + noisy atmosphere all around u like dining in an overcrowded concrete jungle with all the unknown mythical creatures from all over the universe speaking in their languages = fun fun fun 🥰✌🏻
