Every time there are a lot of people coming to try the recommended braised pork rice from online users, and the Four Herb Soup is also highly recommended. The dining area has air conditioning, but there are not many seats available. For dining in, you need to pick up a number at the entrance, then go to the counter to order and pay first.

I arrived around 7 PM and initially wanted to have braised pork rice, but the restaurant said it was sold out and only had pork knuckle rice left. So I opted for the pork knuckle rice, ordered the pork belly Four Herb Soup, and some blanched vegetables.

The pork knuckle rice came with side dishes, which included greens, pickled radish, and dried tofu. They served two pieces of pork knuckle, which was quite generous, and the braising sauce was really good with rice. The pork knuckle had enough flavor from the braise, but for me, it was a bit salty. However, it was very tender and delicious.

The pork belly Four Herb Soup was tasty, and you can’t ask for extra soup, but the pork belly was soft and easy to chew. The blanched vegetables were also satisfactory.

Overall, it was a delicious little snack, and those who enjoy strong flavors will probably like it, but since I prefer lighter tastes, it was quite expensive for just one person. If you want a hearty meal, it costs almost $300; if you just want to solve a meal, you can just order the pork knuckle rice.

By 7 PM, some dishes were already sold out, so if you want to eat here, remember to come early to avoid missing out.
