I was busy until 8 PM and came to this street to see which restaurants were open. I happened to spot this Vietnamese eatery and decided to give it a try; surprisingly, it was quite good!

My favorite was the borscht. Not only was the broth rich and flavorful, but you could also taste the acidity of the tomatoes. To my surprise, it had plenty of ingredients, especially the beef, which made me keep coming back for more because it was just so delicious!

The fresh spring rolls were also quite good, as they contained both shrimp and meat, and there was plenty of lettuce and vermicelli.

The Vietnamese grilled chicken leg rice came with a fried egg, and the sides included cabbage, broccoli, and baby corn, which were pretty good accompaniments. The grilled chicken leg was tender and tasty without being overly salty.

There were also options for lemon juice, garlic vinegar, and basil that you could add yourself.

This meal for two was just right and not too filling, costing only $290, which I think is a good deal.

The only downside was that there weren’t many seats inside, so if there are many people, you might have to wait.

In addition to cash, there was also the convenient option of using Line Pay to settle the bill.

There are two Vietnamese pho restaurants near the company. One is very famous, and this one is newly opened. If you haven’t tried it before, let’s give it a try.
The boss lady's accent seems to be from Vietnam. She is very friendly and the environment is very clean.
This time I ordered dry mixed chicken rice noodles. The rice noodles were quite generous and I was very filling. The chicken was actually chunks of meat, very tender and delicious. The portion was quite good. There were also bean sprouts and Korean bean sprouts. Vegetables, fungus, peanuts, coriander and other side dishes, the sauce is light and not greasy. There are nine-layer pagoda and lemon on the table, but there is no juice in the lemon no matter how hard I squeeze it. I think it has something to do with the variety.
Because the store has a notice that MSG is not added to the dish, the taste will be bland. If you think it is too bland, you can choose to add MSG, salt, fish sauce or Vietnamese chili sauce. I think it is a bit bland, so I added a little chili. Tasteful.
Because I have never been to Vietnam, I don’t know if it is authentic or not, but I prefer the famous one to the famous one. The taste is stronger. I love it very much. I will introduce it again when I have the opportunity.
In addition to pho, there are also glass noodles, laths or rice noodles to choose from. If I have another chance, I would like to try rice noodles.
