Taipei Neihu - A noodle shop delayed by a beverage stall! The store looks low-key and unremarkable, but the dumplings and noodles are truly made with quality ingredients and are delicious beyond belief! The dumpling wrappers are thin and stuffed generously, each one is made on-site that day, and once they're sold out, they're gone! There are also various hidden menu items that require advance reservations. The owner loves to chat and share; he mainly prepares dishes for regular customers, stating that the noodles are what his family would eat, so beside running the drink shop, he takes them out to sell XDD.

📍 Avocado Milk NT$90
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
Completely no water added, only fresh milk, avocado, and pudding blended into a juice, it's incredibly rich! Unfortunately, it is a bit on the sweet side (I personally don't drink much sugar), but satisfying to the last sip!

📍 Dry Mixed Dumplings NT$115
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
Did you think it was dry? Not at all! These dumplings come in a broth! The soup has a tangy vinegar aroma, topped with egg shreds, seaweed, sesame, and cucumber strips. There are 8 pieces total, 4 with chives and 4 with cabbage.
The dumpling skin is really thin, making it easy to break when picked up; the pork filling is very fresh and sweet, and the cabbage is torn by hand, giving a crispy texture. The chives have a very strong flavor, and these are the best dumplings I've had recently!

📍 Dry Mixed Wontons NT$95
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖
There are 10 wontons, also topped with egg shreds, seaweed, sesame, and cucumber strips. The filling is very flavorful and juicy, with solid meat! The sauce has a slightly sweet vinegar aroma, and I’m really satisfied with these wontons! For the portion and price, I rate it very highly! A must-order!

📍 Garlic Noodles NT$70
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
Don't underestimate this bowl's unassuming appearance; beneath the cucumber and chopped scallions lies a generous amount of minced garlic, and once mixed, the garlic flavor is really abundant. The noodles are chewy and have great texture. The portion is quite large for one bowl; eating it solo might be a bit overwhelming.

📍 Century Egg Tofu NT$70
🌕🌕🌕🌖🌑
(This dish is on the hidden menu) It's topped with a lot of cucumber strips and seaweed, making it hard to see the century egg tofu. It's quite standard overall. The paper bowl packaging isn't eco-friendly and makes it a bit harder to grab, which is a pity. For a small dish, the price is a bit high.

📍 Honey Green Tea NT$45
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
This green tea is made with real longan honey, so the tea isn't bitter and has a light, refreshing longan aroma! The owner is very nice and poured a little cup for me to try.

🔹 Self-service cutlery
🔹 No restroom available for customers

▶️ Helpful Reminder
🔹 You can use Taiwan Pay for payment after the meal.
🔹 The business hours on Google Maps have not been updated. I specifically asked the owner, and the latest operating information is:
Monday to Friday, from noon 12 PM to 7 PM (from 2 PM to 5 PM, only drinks are sold).
Saturday and Sunday, from noon 12 PM to 2 PM.

▶️ Overall Evaluation
🔹 The owner is very hospitable and friendly, sharing the ingredients and features of their dishes. I genuinely believe the noodles here can compete with restaurants that specialize in noodles, mainly because they have a small team (just him and his wife), insisting on using quality ingredients and making them in small batches to maintain high quality. If you're interested in hidden menu items, feel free to ask the owner; I've heard of options like: Garlic Paste Pork, Braised Platter, Southern Sticky Rice Dumplings (need to be ordered in advance or get lucky), and Corn Rib Soup (only available in winter). Many people recommend it! I’d love to come back to try other dishes, and I’ll definitely return for soup in winter!
