The clear broth of the braised beef offal noodles is sweet, and the beef has a good chew. The soup base of the braised beef noodles has a herbal flavor, which might not be suitable for everyone.
The in-store environment is simple, seating is limited, and if you come late, you may need to share a table.
The staff is friendly and will proactively introduce the dishes, which makes people feel warm.
📍Neihu District, Taipei City (near Neihu MRT Station)
On a cold day, come for a bowl of hot beef soup 🍲🐂
The location is in a small alley in Neihu, and there are many street food stalls nearby.
The dining environment is very simple, with not many seats, and later on, there are customers needing to combine tables.
It seems there is no menu; as soon as you enter, a staff member kindly asks what you would like to eat and introduces the differences between two dishes.

Ordered items:
🐂 Clear Beef Offal Noodles with Wide Noodles ($160):
The clear broth is paired with beef offal, which doesn't have as many weird parts as one might imagine 🤪
It tastes like beef with tendons, giving it a nice texture.
The broth has a very sweet and delicious flavor when first tasted, with some cilantro floating on top. However, as someone who loves cilantro, I don't really taste the cilantro flavor.
Towards the end, the soup seems to lose flavor and becomes a bit greasy, requiring some seasoning to change its taste.
🐮 Braised Beef Noodles with Thin Noodles ($160):
This noodle dish uses thin noodles, and the braised beef is the standard beef you find in regular beef noodles.
The broth has a herbal flavor, which I personally dislike.

Would I return? Yes!
When it's cold nearby, this is a great choice for a warm bowl of soup!

I have eaten the braised beef noodles from this restaurant before (which was also very good). This time I wanted to try the braised beef offal that I had never tasted before, but I was surprised. Beef offal has no internal organs, and is made up of small pieces of meat that are half tendon and half meat. It is soft, tender and sweet. The soup tastes very refreshing and contains chopped coriander leaves to enhance the flavor. Comes with a special dipping sauce, which is a little sweet, spicy and slightly sour. There’s a lot of noodles, so you’ll be very full after eating a whole bowl!
📍Braised radish NT$20

It's cheap for a side dish. Overall, I think it's a bit salty. It's braised in braised beef soup base and has a faint aroma of tomatoes and beef. Order this with the braised beef offal soup, it will be well balanced. (If it is braised beef noodles, it will be too salty and greasy if paired with this)
▶️ Environment
🔹The indoor environment is divided into two areas. The one with air-conditioning has 4 to 5 tables. The air-conditioning is very cool, and it will not be too hot to eat in summer. There is no air conditioning in the other area.
🔹Utensils are on every table. There are disposable chopsticks and iron chopsticks.
🔹Sauces are also on the table, including chili sauce, sauerkraut, pepper, and vinegar.
▶️ Thoughtful reminder
🔹 No need to write a menu and click directly
🔹 You can choose thin or wide noodles
🔹 You can refill the soup, just bring the bowl to the boss
🔹 Checkout after the meal, cash only
▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 The boss is very kind and will ask if you want the noodles to be thin or thick when ordering. When the food is delivered, you will be kindly informed that if the soup is not enough, you can add more.
🔹 The portion of noodles is huge. I was really full after eating it and couldn’t refill the soup XD
🔹 Both beef stew and braised beef have their own characteristics, I recommend them both! If you want something lighter, you can order the stew. The soup is really sweet and not too salty, but those who don’t eat coriander should be careful.
🔹 They make their own sauerkraut, not too salty or too sour! Adding it will add another dimension to the soup!
