It's been almost two days since we hiked up the mountain and reached near Sanxia Old Street. There aren't many restaurant options, and many of them only serve until 2 PM during lunchtime. This shop's soup noodles were really perfect for us after coming down from the mountain, providing some warm and protein-rich sustenance.

Even close to 2 PM, we had to wait in line to get seated, as the business was doing well, but they turnover tables quickly, and we only waited for five minutes. The food came out rapidly after ordering, so if we pass by next time, we might come back to eat.

Braised pork ribs with vermicelli. Since I don't like thick noodles, I chose vermicelli instead. As for vermicelli... it's just vermicelli. The soup base is good, and the pork ribs are very tasty and easy to chew.
Tomato egg clay pot with pulled noodles. Pulled noodles are not my favorite, but this broth is great! The tomato flavor is rich and very tasty, and the fried egg smells wonderful from the outside. Soaked in the tomato soup, it is really delicious.
Century egg and tofu, the tofu is a big chunk, overall it's just delicious in a standard way.
The braised dishes are also quite decent in a conventional way.
There are so many items in the braised dishes; we only ordered a few of them.
It's already past two in the afternoon and there's still a line to get seated; the business is really good!
There are many items, which can lead to choice paralysis.
