A noodle shop with very good business.

Highly recommend the tomato and egg clay pot hand-pulled noodles. I was initially a bit worried that the hand-pulled noodles would be too thick and cook unevenly, but in reality, they were cooked just right with a nice chewy texture. The broth is rich and has the perfect thickness to cling to the noodles, and the crispy fried egg adds even more delightful texture and flavor.

The side dishes are also very tasty, and I would like to come back to try different items.

The unique three-part menu design can be seen at the opposite side, at the entrance, and inside the store. The owner might be worried that business will be so good that customers will have to line up across the street.
The speed of clearing the table is quite fast, so we can wait for a seat.
