Actually, this is not my first time coming to this Japanese restaurant in Sanxia; I just forgot to take photos last time, so I didn’t leave a review.

Today, I came to eat here with my girlfriend, and overall, we both thought it was fantastic. To be honest, when I first entered, I was already amazed. The restaurant isn’t large, but it has three chefs and five waitstaff. There’s even someone dedicated to washing the dishes. Such a high level of staffing is all about delivering the meals to the customers as quickly as possible when they’re ready.

This time I had the deluxe seafood donburi, and my girlfriend had the salmon roe rice bowl. The seafood was very fresh; when I picked up the fish with chopsticks, I could easily feel the bounce of the fish meat. Paired with wasabi and soy sauce, it was delicious. The miso soup that came with it was also very distinctive, and you can get free refills on rice and soup if you feel it’s not enough, which I think is great.

The chawanmushi had a creamy texture, and the addition of salmon roe was just perfect, making it feel like this is exactly how chawanmushi should taste. Many places serve chawanmushi that just tastes like regular steamed egg, and the texture difference is significant.

Overall, I would give it four stars because it’s easy to overspend on lunch here. However, I feel that if I'm in the area again, I would want to have lunch or dinner here.

The store is decorated with many Japanese-style souvenirs, and the seats are divided into tables for two, tables for four, and high bar tables and chairs... One main meal per person (or a minimum purchase of $350), plus a 10% service charge for inside meals. Time 50 minutes.

⭐️Salmon parent-child bowl $480
Six slices of thick-cut salmon. The salmon at this restaurant is very fresh. It’s the kind of salmon that tastes milky. It’s delicious~
Sprinkle in a lot of salmon roe, and the whole bowl tastes so happy!!!
The salad part is also very attentive, it is a salad with many ingredients, and it tastes very refreshing;
There are a lot of ingredients in the miso soup, and there is okra in it, which makes it more stomach-friendly, and the okra is cut very finely, so I, who usually dare not eat okra, dared to try it. The miso soup overall tastes warm and smooth, and it is very delicious. Delicious~
There are pickles to go with the rice bowl. If you need more, you can ask the staff and they will provide it for free.

Seven-cut body/angel shrimp/scallop/scallion/marginal side/salmon roe/crab meat or crab paste (choose one from the two)
This bowl was ordered by a friend. The sashimi part is very fresh and very delicious. The chef’s knife skills are excellent. The vinegar rice in the seafood bowl is very delicious. The rice is crispy and the grains are clear. It’s so delicious that my friend ordered another bowl of white rice😆

⭐️Aged loin pork chop donburi (weekends and holidays only) $390
This bowl was also ordered by a friend, but I had eaten the pork chop donburi from this store when I visited before. The pork chop donburi is also a popular item. It is a super large pork chop, fried to a crispy surface, very thick and juicy, and there is no pork. It has a fishy smell, and the white rice is very delicious and topped with sauce. It is eaten with half-boiled egg mixed with rice. It’s great~

⭐️Original chawanmushi
The egg is very soft and tender, tastes very fresh, there are some fish pieces inside, and it actually contains salmon roe🤩
Super delicious, I love this chawanmushi so much, I must order it every time I come here!!!!!

Overall, this Japanese restaurant is one of my favorites. It’s far away, but I’m very willing to pay a return visit😆Recommended!
