The restaurant's signature traditional spare rib rice and dry noodles with minced pork have received excellent reviews. They are fried to perfection, with balanced seasoning, tender meat, and the bamboo shoot soup is sweet and clear. The side dishes perform well, and the overall flavor is harmonious, leaving people amazed.
The restaurant's decor exudes the old flavors of Taiwan, incorporating the atmosphere of the Taiwan-Japan Showa era, making the dining experience more refined and comfortable.
A small eatery full of old-fashioned flavors. By the time we arrived, it was already past mealtime, so there weren't many customers, which suited us perfectly, as we could enjoy our delicious meal! We ordered the pork rib rice, which had a crispy exterior and tender meat that made us finish it in no time! The bamboo shoot soup had a sweet and clear broth, and the bamboo shoots were soft and not tough. The side dishes were quite good as well. It’s a snack place worth visiting again.
Traditional Taiwanese snacks, the interior decoration is like the atmosphere of the Showa era in Taiwan, which is more exquisite than traditional snack bars, and the dining stop is not bad. Foodies who come to Sanxia must come and eat!
This time I had their signature ancient style pork rib rice. The pork ribs are crispy and seasoned to perfection. The meat is very thick and has no bones. It’s quite amazing~
The dried pork noodles I also ordered were also very good. The dried pork noodles (braised pork sauce) are served with crispy red onions. The noodles are thin Yangchun noodles and the overall taste is very harmonious.
Today's trip will pass by the Three Gorges at noon, so I found this restaurant to fill my stomach. There is a school parking lot next to it, which is very convenient.
The overall decoration atmosphere is quite reminiscent of ancient Taiwan, and the pork ribs in the pork rib rice are fried just right. The pork noodles are particularly amazing and the seasoning is well balanced. The cabbage stew and cold bamboo shoots I ordered were quite satisfactory, just okay.
However, the flaws outweigh the flaws, and the two main dishes are worth recommending. If you pass by the Three Gorges, you can pay a visit.
