A cozy camping-themed Italian pasta restaurant ⛺️🍝

Late at night the day before the holiday, I suddenly had a craving for pasta, and this restaurant was open for online reservations ☺️

The shop has clearly put a lot of effort into the appearance and interior decor, creating a camping atmosphere, although I personally find the camping chairs a bit inconvenient for face-to-face chatting.

The menu is thoughtfully designed in a newspaper style 📰 and clearly notes all the details of the dishes.

💗 Pink Mushroom Salmon Noodles ($300):
The pasta was pretty standard, with the sauce leaning more towards a creamy flavor. It was a taste I could imagine, but it didn't have a surprising impact; eating too much can be cloying.

What's good is that the portion of salmon was generous, and the pieces were quite large. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente.

🥓 Cheddar Bacon Soft-Boiled Egg ($220):
Average performance, a bit more outstanding than the previous pasta dish.

🌼 Osmanthus Oolong (served with pasta) lightly sweetened and no ice:
The restaurant has a section dedicated to hand-shaken drinks, and it was super delicious!!! It has a very strong floral aroma with a sweet aftertaste.

The side dishes were outstanding! Highly recommended.

  • Creamy Mushroom Soup:
    Rich in creamy flavor, it feels like extra cream has been added! When served, the staff will ask if you want black pepper; adding freshly ground coarsely ground black pepper makes it even better ❤️‍🔥.

  • Rosemary Crispy Bread:
    The bread has great chewiness and elasticity, and you can indeed smell the rosemary.

  • Sinful Cheese Fries:
    Freshly fried fries with the skin on, topped with melted cheese and crumbled bacon—so indulgent! It's best to share, or it can get overwhelming by the end.

Would I revisit: Yes!
The dining atmosphere was quite comfortable, and the side dishes were excellent! Next time, I’d like to try other main dishes.

🔸 The restaurant also has some small games; if you can give a five-star review at checkout and accurately hit 8.8 seconds (with three decimal places being zero!), you can get an additional discount! (Super hard 😅 It feels almost impossible.)
🔸 Additionally, there's a promotion: if you spend over 500, you can grab a can of cola (aluminum) and the shop will provide a plastic bag for you to take it home 🤣.

PROMETTENTE 義大利麵在捷運永春站附近,主餐單點價格幾乎都在 $300 以下、附甜點、加麵不加價,能吃出用心與創意的義大利麵專賣店 內用部分,座位的舒適度較差,桌椅偏矮、椅子是帆布折疊椅,久坐不太舒適。因此我偏好外帶,外帶還能享九折優惠(現金付款) 這家店平價卻不馬虎,每份義大利麵主餐都會附上甜點奶酪(可選原味或黑糖琥珀),也能加價升級套餐,搭配濃郁有誠意的白醬海鮮濃湯與麵包。 值得一提的是,這裡的濃湯絕對不是一般敷衍了事的「湯水」,基底香濃、配料實在(海鮮、馬鈴薯),層次豐富,非常推薦加購濃湯! 我心中的第一名無庸置疑是《大蒜鯷魚麵》 結合豬肉片、滿滿蒜片、小番茄、自製鯷魚醬、九層塔與蛋黃的創意義大利麵,一上桌的香氣就非常迷人,橄欖油的香、鯷魚的鹹、蒜的辛與蛋黃的柔滑在麵條上完美融合,我習慣點「微辣」,整體風味立體又濃郁,是我每次來都會再點的第一名口味。 《火山菲力骰子麵》辣味直球對決 我點了「小辣」(最低的辣度只能做小辣),但對我來說幾乎是極辣,吃到要一邊擤鼻涕XD 雖然牛肉塊偏少,但香辣乾炒的氣味迷人,有彩椒、鴻禧菇與大量乾辣椒,個人覺得味道略偏中式,但依然是一道值得試試的重口味選擇,推薦給嗜辣者。 不過也不是所有口味都讓人驚艷 我個人不太推薦他們的白醬系列——例如《黑松露奶油雞肉燉飯》與《奶油鮭魚菲力麵》,味道平淡、層次不足,甚至讓人懷疑是否出自同一間廚房,我覺得我自己在家隨便用隔夜飯昨的白醬燉飯都比較好吃,建議新客直接從鯷魚麵與濃湯下手,才能吃到這家店真正的功力。

在台北想找到一間價格實在、份量足夠、還能吃到高水準義大利麵的餐廳不容易,而位於永春巷弄內的 Promettente 義大利麵,就是那種會讓人一吃驚豔、再訪不斷的小店。這裡的餐點不僅用料實在、風味出色,還附贈飲料或奶酪,CP值高得令人感動🥹 強烈推薦《大蒜鯷魚麵》 自製鯷魚醬鹹香有層次,搭配豬肉片、蒜片、玉女番茄與九層塔,整體風味明亮又不失濃郁。最畫龍點睛的是上桌後拌入生蛋黃,讓整體口感更滑順濃厚,鹹香與奶滑交錯,是我近期吃過最有記憶點的義大利麵之一! 另一道《火山菲力骰子麵》 給嗜辣者的熱血選擇。選的是“小辣”,但辣度直逼“超辣”等級,卻辣得過癮不刺喉。牛肉骰子炒得恰到好處,完全不柴,保有肉汁與咬勁,即使被辣味包圍,仍能感受到牛肉的存在感,香辣過癮、開胃十足🌶️ 甜點部分《原味奶酪》 口感滑嫩,奶香純粹自然,不甜不膩,是非常高質感的收尾。 《琥珀奶酪》 淋上黑糖醬,甜度明顯拉高,對螞蟻人來說會是心頭好,但我自己偏愛原味的純淨風味。 總的來說,Promettente 義大利麵不只是吃巧,也能吃飽,更重要的是能吃得好。從主餐到甜點都誠意十足,是讓人會主動推薦給朋友、也願意一再回訪的好店。不過還是提醒大家,之前點過白醬系列,個人覺得不優秀,跟上面2道有很大的落差,建議還是點大蒜鯷魚🤣在台北想找高CP值義大利麵,這裡絕對值得加入口袋名單~

📍台北永春站 整間店的裝潢很露營風,在忙碌的市區裡營造了一點慢活的氛圍,室內座位間距抓的很剛好,不會顯得很擁擠。菜單設計的很有雜誌感,對餐點的描述也很細緻,相當用心。 餐點🥘 - 粉紅菇菇鮭魚麵 / 300元: 粉紅醬是番茄跟奶油醬的綜合,帶有微微的番茄香氣但又有奶油的濃郁口感,鮭魚塊給的很多,但個人覺得鮭魚的腥味略重了一點有點壓過醬料的味道,覺得蠻影響食用感受的。 - 切達培根半熟蛋 / 220元: 有點像是比較清爽的 Carbonara 的感覺,雖然有蛋黃但醬汁的稠度沒有很高,而且整體的醬汁也偏多,不是我喜歡的那種醬汁收的剛剛好扒在義大利麵上的類型,但以這個價位來說,算是還滿清爽好吃的。 - D 套餐 / 罪惡起司薯條 / 195元: 這道就是妥妥的熱量炸彈,帶皮的現炸薯條,加上烤過融化的起司還有小培根,吃進嘴裡就是不可能不好吃的味道,但是吃多了真的會膩,建議多人分食比較好。 - D 套餐 / 奶油蘑菇濃湯 / 迷迭香脆皮麵包: 湯和麵包都有用心,濃湯的蘑菇香氣很足,麵包單吃或是沾湯吃都很適合。 整體來說算是還不錯的聚餐場所,空間舒適,餐點中規中矩,吃飽後還有小遊戲可以帶小禮物回家。
