The meals here are simple meals and can be eaten by one person. Ban Niang is a new resident of northern Thailand and her business is very good.
🍽️Environment
Whether you order inside or take out, you can order inside. After you order inside and check out, we will help you arrange a seat. If there are no seats, you will wait outside and there will be chairs to sit on.
It can accommodate about 20 people inside. The air-conditioning is okay at night, but it may be a bit insufficient after eating spicy food.
The decoration inside the store is simple. On the wall are meal introductions and interviews with the hostess about her entrepreneurial story. There are a lot of people in the kitchen. When ordering, the hostess sounds impatient compared to others.

▪️Cold seafood mom noodles $170
At around 7 o'clock today, only seafood was left to order. I saw the seafood fried noodles on other people's tables and thought it was pretty good. Because the weather was hot, I ordered the cold version.
The seafood consists of three shrimps and some squid cut into pieces. The shrimps are already peeled and not bad. Apart from the seafood, the portion of the noodles seems to be much less than the fried noodles on the next table. The salad is made up of cucumbers, onions, carrots, tomatoes, coriander, celery, etc., and paired with Thai chutney, it tastes very refreshing, sour and spicy. Although it is served cold, the seafood still retains its temperature after being blanched. I personally find the spiciness quite impressive. Fortunately, the store provides ice water, and you can also order Thai milk to drink.
Generally speaking, I don’t particularly eat tomatoes in meals, but in this bowl of noodles, eating tomatoes can neutralize the spiciness, which really has its value🤣
😁Although I didn’t eat meat dishes today, the cold seafood noodles overall tasted good. I will try other meals next time.
