Come and line up around 11:30 noon to use the bar area (it will be hotter)
I ordered the limited edition noodles and liked the firmer texture.

The noodle is thin and hard, which I personally like the texture of.
The grilled fish fillets taste great and taste fresh✨️
The crab cakes were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but they didn’t have a strong crab flavor.
The soup has the sweetness of seafood, so I emptied the soup immediately after eating the noodles, and then drank the fish eggs 😂

Later, I added some pork barbecued pork, which has a sweeter texture and is very soft and tender. But for me, it is ok to eat it alone and with noodles.

By the way, it’s free if you add more noodles at the beginning, but it seems to cost $$ if you add more noodles later.

Limited noodles, 10 bowls a day, crab and tuna consommé

這是一間位於中山站附近的拉麵店,雖然是連鎖店,但每間店的菜單卻不相同。 這家的口味是屬於重鹹油膩的類型,湯頭濃郁且鹹,叉燒也是炙燒的五花肉塊與肉丁。叉燒飯是這家店很好吃的一道,能品嚐到醬香與大塊烤肉的滿足感。而胡麻擔擔麵是相對不常見的口味,湯汁非常濃厚,幾乎像是沾麵,而且因為豐富的配料在碗中交織,可以吃到洋蔥、花生、細蔥絲與絞肉、叉燒肉丁這些豐富的味道不斷交錯搭配,味覺能一直受到重口味的刺激。吃了這樣兩碗會非常飽。 雖然價位有點高,但也因為這樣用餐時間只要稍微排一下便能吃到,如果合口味的話是值得反覆前來用餐,畢竟拉麵店口味才是一切。

繼上次吃了麵屋武藏光復的魚介醬油後決定每個分店都要吃吃看 這次趁著平日下午沒什麼人潮前往無需排隊 即使是開放式廚房但進店時沒有油煙味 坐吧台吃完出來依舊沒有味道很棒 今天一樣點了單人套餐 內容物有味玉神山拉麵、泡菜、唐揚雞、美粒果 拉麵的麵體是類似沾麵的粗麵 我個人較不偏好 吃起來沾麵感太重了 湯頭喝的出筍乾味很香 叉燒沒有冰箱味也沒有肉腥味 整體偏鹹甚至連溏心蛋也很鹹 豚骨較魚介沒什麼記憶點 (也有可能是個人偏好魚介哈哈) (而且他們的魚介還是偏甜的魚介 愛爆🤣) 重點! 他們其他小單品也都非常讚 特別是唐揚雞!! 超多汁!炸得剛好!調味也剛好! 泡菜跟我在大阪河童拉麵吃到的味道很像!滿意 然後飲料依舊非常大杯🤣🤣 ご馳走様でした!
