After eating Menya Musashi Guofu’s umami soy sauce last time,
Decided to eat at every branch
This time I went on a weekday afternoon when there were not too many people and there was no need to queue.
Even though it is an open kitchen, there is no smell of oil smoke when entering the store
After eating at the bar, it still didn’t taste great.
Today I ordered the single set meal as well
Contents include Ami Tamakamiyama ramen, kimchi, Tangyang chicken, and meliguo
The noodle body of ramen is thick noodles similar to tsukemen
I personally don't like it. It tastes too sticky.
The soup tastes very fragrant due to the dried bamboo shoots.
The barbecued pork has no refrigerator smell or meaty smell
Overall it's a bit salty, even the soft-boiled eggs are salty
Tonkotsu is less memorable than fish bones
(Maybe it’s my personal preference for fish dishes haha)
(And their fish roll is still a bit sweet, I love it🤣)
The point!
Their other small items are also very good
Especially Tang Yang Chicken! !
Super juicy! Just right! The seasoning is just right!
The kimchi tastes very similar to what I had at Kappa Ramen in Osaka! satisfy
Then the drink is still very big🤣🤣
