Today we enjoyed mixed sashimi, yakisoba donburi, sashimi donburi, Japanese cod liver, fried water spinach, and black tuna sashimi.
The total is about 1,200 yuan.
Comprehensive sashimi, black tuna sashimi:
Because they are all sashimi, they are served on one plate in one go.
The swordfish, salmon and tuna were quite fresh and sweet, but it was the first time I tried black tuna, and the rich sweetness was impressive.
Roasted Pork Donburi:
The portion is quite large, with a generous amount of roasted pork on top. The roasted pork is thick and juicy, and there are Korean kimchi on the side that can be adjusted to taste. Overall, it is a quite complete bowl.
Sashimi Don:
Basically, it is a combination of sashimi spread on rice. The more delicious the sashimi is, the more delicious the sashimi don will be.
Japanese cod liver:
It’s hard to imagine that you can eat so much cod liver at the price of 130 yuan. This portion should be more than 250 yuan in other places.
The unique oil, aroma and sweetness of cod liver are a perfect match with onions, cucumbers, etc.
Stir-fried water spinach:
The portion is not small, I almost couldn't finish it. It's a decent dish.
Overall, I think Xuanzhan Raw Fish Izakaya is not expensive, the ingredients are of good quality, and the cooking techniques are exquisite.
I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
