The blood cake is moderately soft and very easy to eat. The delicate vermicelli paired with a refreshing and rich broth is definitely a pleasure. The radish soaked with broth is so delicious that it makes you forget to let it cool down.
Even if you finish the sweet potato noodles, you can go to the soup area to get hot soup, and they won’t stop you from drinking it, which is a great benefit.
Overall, being hailed as the most delicious sweet potato noodles in Taipei, I think it’s not without reason.
