Wujiu Noodle House is located at the back entrance of National Taiwan University in the student district. Business is generally good during meal hours, and there is an endless stream of students.
I just wanted to have a quick dinner this time, so I didn’t order much.
I ordered Wujiu Dry Noodles, which was paired with smoked duck. The dry noodles themselves are slightly springy and moderately seasoned, which is a good start; the smoked duck is moist and tender, and although there are only four slices, the salty and sweet taste is quite good.
My friend ordered the Wujiu signature noodles, which were paired with pork belly. The noodle body is the same as dry noodles, but it is mixed with a spicy sauce with a stronger pepper flavor. The color is darker, but it is numb but not spicy.
We also ordered a plate of blanched vegetables, which only cost 35 yuan. It tasted pretty good, with a hint of peanut aroma, and the portion was just right. I highly recommend it to those who eat out.
Overall, this restaurant should be a good companion for daily lunch and dinner; if you live nearby, it is very suitable for occasional visits.
