First of all, his noodles are thick noodles, which are springy and chewy. The dry noodles taste just right but not too salty, and have a little sweetness. It tastes better when paired with the tender smoked duck. , the duck blood braised is very tasty, with a bit of spicy aroma, but it is only slightly spicy, which is acceptable for me who can't eat spicy food.
I had never eaten braised duck blood before coming to Wujiu Noodle House, because I didn’t dare to eat animal blood-type food, and I don’t know why I ordered it at the time. After eating it once, I will order it every time I come here, and not too late. Come, otherwise it will be sold out! The braised duck blood at Wujiu Noodle House is truly the best in the world. Later, I would order duck blood at any snack bar I saw selling duck blood, but no one was as delicious as Wujiu Noodle House. I highly recommend it. Not only is the food delicious, but it’s also cheap. , the environment is pretty clean, and it’s near a university, so the shop assistants are usually working-class students. If you’re lucky, you can even see cute girls (?! The only drawback is that there are a lot of people during meal time, so it’s probably a favorite shop among students!
