A colleague dinner brought us to this bistro called "Li Qiu," which is said to be very difficult to reserve. The entire place is located in a building with a vintage feel, and the lighting inside is quite dim, creating a romantic atmosphere perfect for dates.

At first, the staff introduced the limited-time offerings: fresh fish and Wagyu beef tenderloin, and as soon as we heard about the limited dishes, we couldn't resist ordering! This bistro specializes in red and white wines, and the staff provided very professional recommendations. In the end, we ordered three bottles of wine because some of us didn't have much experience with red and white wines, so we chose smoother options. It truly met our needs—definitely a thumbs up!

What impressed me the most were the beef tongue, beef tenderloin, and steak. 😂 I personally love beef, and all three dishes were prepared extremely well, highlighting the flavors of the ingredients. In particular, the beef tenderloin was very tender, and paired with the sauce, it showcased its sweetness perfectly. Highly recommend!

Additionally, the limited fish was also cooked very well, with the perfect level of doneness, making it a great match for white wine.

However, I didn’t find the chicken and pork as memorable, probably because we were already quite full and a bit numb to the flavors. 😅 Overall, it's a bistro worth recommending, especially for dates, but I feel it may not be the best choice for group gatherings. It is indeed very hard to reserve a table, so everyone should be mentally prepared for that.

Finally got to eat at Liqiu! Liqiu is a popular spot that can be hard to get reservations at, and the atmosphere is great for dates and gatherings with friends. Overall, the food is delicious, featuring many sauces that you can't find elsewhere!

Super delicious, medium-rare with red wine vinaigrette, the beef is rich in flavor—when there was one portion left, we ordered it right away! If it’s available, make sure to get it!

Confited Spiced Vegetable Frittata: I wasn’t too keen on this one; it came with three whole beef tomatoes on top... which felt a bit awkward to eat separately.

❤️‍🔥 Grilled Steak with Burdock and Red Wine Sauce: Extremely tasty and impressive! It offers two types of sauces with different textures; one is silky while the other is refreshing with a caramel sweetness that pairs excellently with the steak. I really loved it! (The grilled aroma is fantastic.)

Oven-Roasted Stuffed Whole Chicken (must be reserved): The chicken was tender and delicious! However, I'm not a huge fan of chicken, so it didn't leave a deep impression on me.

Tomahawk Pork Chop: The meat was quite thick and fatty, which became a bit overwhelming after eating a lot, but that might be because I was already full by the end.

❤️‍🔥 Sicilian Basil Sauce with Double-Slot Noodles, Grilled Soft Squid, and White Shrimp: The only starch on the table, and it just kept getting better! The sauce had a nutty aroma, and the seafood portions were generous—the noodles were chewy and not mushy, which is quite special!

Since we ordered a bit too much this time and opened three bottles of wine, the total bill was relatively high. However, a normal meal would feel filling for just over 1000! The staff are great at recommending wines, and the red and white wine chosen matched the dishes very well, making them easy to drink!

The dessert of cheese was surprisingly impressive; it was smooth and delicious—more recommended than donuts!

I chose the asparagus salad as an appetizer. The portion was a bit small 😂 but I personally liked the taste of the sauce.

I ordered fish fillet - the menu changes according to the season. Today it is yellow chicken fish (hope I heard it correctly). The outside is crispy and the fish meat is very soft. The sauce that comes with it is also super delicious. It makes people want to eat it with bread 😂

The octopus leg salad was also delicious, I thought it would be chewy but they made it very tender.

Those who prefer to eat rump meat salad are strongly recommended to eat it with green vegetables! ! ! The taste would be too strong if eaten alone, but it tastes just right when eaten with green vegetables, which is very good.

I forgot the full name of the noodles. The noodles are chewy and the tuna and shrimp taste great✨️

The duck breast is what we add later. The skin is really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It will really make you happy to eat it with the sauce.

The environment is dark, which allows people to relax. The toilet is on the left hand side of the door. It has a flush toilet and the air conditioner is super cool~~ There is also a considerate and thoughtful mouthwash inside.
