Located near the MRT Technology Building Station, Chunshan Tea Shop is one of the long-standing and popular hand-shaken drink stores in Taipei. I made a reservation for pick-up on their official website. Although the system indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes, I still had to wait in line to collect it when I arrived. The crowd ordering on-site was also continuous; I recommend everyone make a reservation to avoid waiting too long.

This time, I ordered the "Ice Orange Tea" with no sugar and less ice, plus a free addition of sourness. 😍 It tastes like a premium version of the 8 Ice Green tea (from 50 Lan), but with a richer overall layering. The orange flavor is naturally fresh and completely devoid of the artificial taste found in cheap orange teas. The no sugar option is not bitter at all; instead, it showcases the clean and refreshing qualities of the tea base. Coupled with just the right amount of the "free addition of sourness," it hits the perfect acidity, making it both thirst-quenching and appetizing—truly an excellent choice for summer.

Many people online also recommend their jade lemon, matcha milk, pearl milk tea, and other offerings.

The quality and popularity of Chunshan Tea Shop certainly match up. Although waiting in line is necessary, making a reservation for pick-up is an effective way to reduce wait time. I recommend it to friends who appreciate the subtlety in tea flavors.

This is the only one in Taiwan, my favorite hand crank, and my pure tea ceiling! ! (There is always a queue at noon)

Let’s talk about the recommended items first: 🍵Four Seasons Spring Oolong Tea $40
I am really picky about drinking pure tea, but this one is really the god of hand-cranked pure tea. The tea is fragrant and refreshing, with no astringency at all. It tastes really like tea brewed in the mountains. It is recommended to drink it without sugar. . So far I have never tasted anything better, with the same aroma as Chunshan~
And the price is really amazing, it used to be even 35 yuan (now many tea shops specialize in high-end freshly brewed tea, and a cup costs 60, 80, or even 100 yuan, but the result is just mediocre!)

I always buy 6 cups of this tea at a time and store it in the refrigerator. Sometimes it tastes better if I put it in later (push push push) 💓💓💓

🍋Emerald Lemon 55
Please be sure to order it in the summer. It tastes great with soul. I have never tasted an emerald lemon that tastes as good as Chunshan’s! I think the difference is indeed in the tea base. Jade lemon with a good tea base will really taste completely different! It is also the entry-level item that takes me to Spring Mountain! Those who are afraid of sourness recommend half sugar, and those who are not afraid of sourness recommend light sugar!

We also recommend black tea latte/jasmine latte. The tea flavor is very strong. If you like creamer, there is also a creamer version! But please note: ⚠️Their pearls only have small pearls! ! If you don’t like little pearls, remember not to add them.

My friends who have a taste for the elderly love their brewed plum black tea/brewed plum green tea 😂 and one of them said their lemon yogurt/tea yogurt is the best~

There are really many items at Spring Mountain, so I recommend you give them a try!
Beverage King Taste Reference: I am a person who thinks that Dezheng is super ordinary. After giving it two or three chances, I still think it is super ordinary. Pure tea is also really super ordinary🥲

Conclusion: Chunshan is something that feels good when you drink it for the first time, but it won’t have a super amazing feeling, but you will suddenly think of it and keep thinking of it, and then you will go back and buy it two or three times, and you will find that you can’t live without it 😂

Then basically all the tea is sold out and closed around 4pm, so people after get off work 200% cannot buy it! (It opens at 8 o'clock in the morning. I used to buy a drink on the way before going to work and take it to the company)
