Taipei Neihu - A Japanese-style izakaya that comes highly recommended. The salmon bone miso soup is served in a large bowl, has plenty of ingredients, and is affordable!
📍 Mentaiko White Sauce Udon NT$200
🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
I think this dish is just okay. The sauce tastes a bit heavy, and although there are shrimp added, I'm not a big fan.
📍 Diced Beef Skewers (2 pieces) NT$160
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
It comes with a special spicy sauce and is topped with plenty of green onions, which tastes great! For two skewers, it's not too expensive.
📍 Japanese Fried Tofu NT$150
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
The tofu is first coated in flour and then fried, before being cooked in a broth sauce. It's a very unique dish as it is wet, but it tastes quite good and has a Japanese flair!
📍 Salmon Bone Miso Soup NT$100
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖
This dish is served in a super large bowl, with salmon bones that have meat on them. They give a lot of large chunks, so you can enjoy eating the salmon meat. The miso soup is slightly sweet, not too salty, and pretty good!
