The last remaining department store in Yilan
The restaurant inside Crescent Plaza
On holidays, the Sushi Train is always filled with crowds
But today, I came a bit earlier for lunch and happened to avoid the large crowd
After waiting and browsing for about 10-15 minutes, I got a seat

🌟 Seared Tuna and Seared Salmon Sushi
I find both of these seared options very delicious
When I eat sushi, I personally love seared varieties
Because in addition to the sweetness of the seafood,
There's an added smoky flavor from the grilling
It's truly captivating for me 😍

🌟 Seared Wagyu Sushi
Wagyu typically has more marbling
So it should be delicious when seared as well
However, the piece I had might have been overcooked due to the searing time
Or not properly managed during other processes
The texture was a bit dry and tough
It's a bit of a shame

🌟 Miso Ramen
My family wanted to eat other main dishes
So we ordered this one
It was very salty, and the flavor was rather ordinary
Nothing particularly special about it
Such a pity

今天爬完山後,頂著大太陽汗流浹背,原本只想找個地方隨便吃點涼的,沒想到意外走進藏壽司,竟然讓疲累的身體瞬間被療癒。 雖然天氣熱、胃口本來不大,但看到琳瑯滿目的選擇,還是忍不住開吃了好幾盤。每道餐點不只看起來可口,吃起來更是讓人驚艷! 像是泡菜風味洋蔥豬五花,肥瘦適中的豬肉配上微辣泡菜,酸香開胃又有一點韓式燒肉的感覺,越嚼越香;炸蝦天婦羅海苔包外酥內嫩,搭配微甜醬汁與酥脆海苔,整體口感很有層次;玉子燒濕潤柔軟,帶著淡淡甜味,是讓人一口接一口的療癒系美味。 還有炙燒奶油醬油北海道大帆立貝,入口時奶油香氣撲鼻,帆立貝鮮嫩多汁,醬油的鹹香剛好襯托出海鮮的鮮甜。蟹肉鮭魚卵茶碗蒸則是溫潤滑順,料多實在,每一口都吃得到用心。 熱食的部分也不馬虎,像是麻辣豬五花與味噌拉麵都很有份量又暖胃,尤其麻辣烏龍麵帶點麻感與濃郁芝麻香,非常適合爬完山後補充元氣。 而且藏壽司最有趣的是,每吃五盤可以抽一次扭蛋,雖然今天運氣不太好,一顆都沒中,但整個用餐過程還是覺得超有趣,邊吃邊期待下一次抽獎機會。 整體來說,不管你是想吃點清爽的、想補充能量,或只是嘴饞想解饞,這裡真的都能找到滿足自己味蕾的選擇。下次還想再來試試沒吃過的餐點,也希望能抽到扭蛋啦!

藏壽司一直是日本迴轉壽司在台灣店數很多的一家,他們無法電話預約,可以使用網路預約,去用餐的時候是平日中午人不多,直接抽號碼等候入場。雖然看著迴轉轉檯覺得很有趣,但基本上我還是習慣直接用點的,現在可以使用手機掃QRcode點餐也可以用平板點餐。 一直蠻喜歡吃壽司的,它可以很好控制吃下去的量,尤其後來還推出迷你飯的選項,可以吃更多品項了。個人每次必點就是玉子燒,莫名喜歡日式玉子燒,味道簡單好吃,還有炙燒壽司們:帆立貝、鰻魚、鮭魚等,這次嘗試了麻辣豬五花(沒有特別吃到麻辣感,但豬肉不會肥到太誇張)、漢堡排(覺得太特別所以點了,覺得蠻合理的味道),個人目前沒有點到很雷的品項,但它酒精選擇有點太少,目前只有啤酒。 藏壽司很有趣的是將壽司吃完後可以把盤子投入,五盤就可以抽獎扭蛋,雖然常常沒抽中但吃壽司多了趣味性,而且他們常常與不同東西聯名,增加回訪意願,這次到6/27是跟三麗鷗家族合作,推出他們的扭蛋超可愛,有興趣的人可以去。
