After climbing the mountain today, I found myself sweating profusely under the blazing sun. I originally just wanted to find a place to grab something cool to eat, but unexpectedly walked into Zang Sushi, which instantly rejuvenated my tired body.

Although the weather was hot and my appetite wasn't great, I couldn't help but indulge in several plates after seeing the dazzling array of choices. Each dish not only looked appetizing but also tasted astonishing!

For instance, the kimchi-flavored onion pork belly had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat, paired with mildly spicy kimchi that was both sour and fragrant, evoking a touch of Korean BBQ flavor; the more I chewed, the more fragrant it became. The fried shrimp tempura wrapped in seaweed was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, complemented by a slightly sweet sauce and crispy seaweed, creating a rich layered texture. The tamagoyaki was moist and soft, with a subtle sweetness that made it irresistible, inviting one bite after another.

I also enjoyed the seared butter soy sauce Hokkaido scallops, which released a fragrant buttery aroma upon biting. The scallops were fresh and juicy, with the savory saltiness of the soy sauce perfectly highlighting the sweetness of the seafood. The steamed egg custard with crab meat and salmon roe was smooth and rich, packed with generous ingredients, allowing me to taste the care that went into it.

As for the hot dishes, they didn’t disappoint either. The spicy pork belly and miso ramen were both hearty and warming, especially the spicy udon, which had a bit of a kick and a rich sesame aroma, making it perfect for replenishing energy after the hike.

Moreover, what’s interesting about Zang Sushi is that for every five plates you eat, you get to draw from a gacha machine. Although my luck wasn’t great today—I didn’t win a single prize—the entire dining experience was still super fun, eagerly anticipating the next lucky draw while enjoying my meal.

Overall, whether you want something refreshing, to recharge your energy, or just to satisfy your cravings, this place really has options that can fulfill your taste buds. I definitely want to come back next time to try dishes I haven’t tasted yet, and hopefully, I can win a gacha prize!
