Located near the Minquan West Road MRT station, the lamb hot pot restaurant tends to get quite crowded during meal times, especially in winter when there are often long lines and a significant wait.
The restaurant not only serves lamb hot pot but also has a variety of stir-fried dishes.
I used to eat here fairly often in winter, and today I suddenly craved lamb hot pot, even though the weather isn't particularly cold. However, this time the dining experience wasn't as good as before because the meat seemed drier than it used to be, and I felt the sauce was a bit saltier than before. Nevertheless, the soup base is still quite good as always. I usually order the braised flavor lamb hot pot, and it pairs really well with plain rice. The ingredients in the hot pot include meatballs, frozen tofu, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, tomatoes, and more.
This restaurant has been newly renovated, and the entire floor feels brighter and cleaner than before. There are also two restrooms, one for men and one for women.
