It had green onions, bamboo shoots, red-fleshed daikon, and was rich and delicious. ✨

The soft-cooked eggplant mixed with gochujang was easy to eat and really tasty. 🍆🔥

It was tartare with cream cheese. 🧀
The smoked meat was delicious, and the saltiness of the caviar combined with the richness of the cream cheese made it incredibly melt-in-your-mouth tasty. 🥰
Zabuton Sukiyaki with Truffle 🐮
I grilled the zabuton meat, dipped it in the egg yolk sauce, and topped it with truffle.
I had a small serving of rice, which I rolled up in the meat. 🍚🐮
The lightly grilled zabuton was tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. 🐮
The truffle's aroma, the richness of the egg yolk, and the rice complemented each other perfectly!
I mixed half of the rice with the remaining sauce to make the ultimate egg over rice, which was the best egg over rice I've ever had! 🍚🥚

I enjoyed them with lemon 🍋 and spicy miso 🔥.

The selected thick-sliced harami was also grilled well but is soft enough to eat as is, juicy and delicious. 🐮

I enjoyed a generous amount of truffle over the beef filet cutlet egg sandwich. 🥰
The rare beef filet cutlet was tender and rich, the egg was fluffy, and the truffle flavor was strong and incredibly delicious. 🐮🥚

It was quickly grilled and enjoyed with a light sauce. 🐮
The fat was juicy and rich, paired well with the slightly sweet sauce, making it delicious. ✨

The red meat was quickly grilled, and it was served with a refreshing sauce containing grated daikon and herbs. ✨

It was served like this, and then an abundance of truffle was shaved on top, which was mixed in all at once! 🔥
The rice had crispy bits from being in the pot, the meat was partly rare and partly grilled, and the egg was fluffy. ✨
The aroma of truffle was strong, and it was delicious! ✨
Strawberry Rare Cheesecake 🍓
It was shaped like a flower made of strawberries and looked super cute! 🍓🌸
The cheese flavor paired wonderfully with the strawberries and was really delicious. 🍓🧀
Everything was luxurious and delicious; it was overwhelming!
This was the first time in my life I ate so much truffle! ❤️
The staff's service was also wonderful, and they checked on us frequently and regularly changed the grill, which was a nice touch. 💓
There's no doubt that this place will become very popular, so I recommend going early! ❤️
