Beitou is home to a famous fried food shop, which unlike the commonly found salt and crispy chicken or chicken steak shops, offers a more limited selection and focuses on fried chicken wings. It's very popular. The environment is clean and bright, and it usually starts operating during the day, with customers needing to wait. The division of work is clear, and the serving speed is relatively fast.
The signature chicken wings are fried just right, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, making them quite delicious. The squid, mainly the legs, is chewy and pairs well with drinks, while the chicken chunks are similar to salty crispy chicken without bones. I'm not a fan of the sweet and spicy rice cake, but if you don't have to wait too long, it's worth buying to enjoy.
