User review: Didn't notice if there was a restroom when ordering takeout
I suddenly craved fried chicken at night and found out online that Napoli Fried Chicken had changed its name to Sanshang Fried Chicken. However, the branch in Yilan is still called Napoli, so I went to buy it. I initially wanted to buy the KFC Bucket, but it was sold out, so I ended up getting the Italian Fried Chicken Value Bucket (6 pieces for 299 TWD). You can pay with cash or credit card in the store, but the card machine was broken that day, so I had to leave my phone number at checkout and was told to wait 20 to 30 minutes.
They have a promotion lately, where if you buy a bucket of fried chicken, you get a sample pack of S&B's special curry powder (10g). I felt the flavor of the curry powder was not very pronounced and seemed unnecessary. The chicken itself had a nice crispy skin but was average in meat quality, and it felt a bit lacking compared to the Napoli Fried Chicken I used to eat, which was a significant downgrade. The bucket contained two chicken thighs, two leg quarters, and two chicken wings, which was a decent amount, but the overall taste was disappointing. This experience wasn't very good, and I might not consider this place again.
Overall, the waiting time was a bit long, and the taste was below expectations. The only highlight was the complimentary curry powder, but it wasn't particularly appealing to me.
