The Japanese restaurant located at the Shuanglian Market offers fried rice during lunch, but unfortunately, it is not available at dinner time, which is a pity since fried rice is relatively inexpensive.
The stir-fried udon noodles are priced at $100, which is considered cheap for that dish. The overall taste is quite good; the noodles are chewy, and it is well-fried and enjoyable.
The flower sushi costs $130 and tastes pretty good. The texture of the sushi has a lot of layers, and the ingredients feel very rich. Its appearance is also very appealing.
The assorted sashimi is priced at $270 and includes nine pieces of sashimi with four different types. Everything tastes fresh, and they generously provide a large piece of wasabi, which pairs deliciously when dipped in soy sauce.
The restaurant doesn’t have many seats, but there are outdoor seating options. However, the indoor seating is more comfortable due to the air conditioning.
It is located near the Ningxia Night Market.
