This time I came to Haidilao and thought about coming to eat since there are new items available: the Golden Soup Fish Maw Chicken Hotpot and Pumpkin Cake. Let’s give them a try.

This time I ordered the following dishes:
Hotpot base with four compartments: Tomato Soup, Golden Soup Fish Maw Chicken Hotpot, and two compartments of clear water soup, totaling $568. The tomato soup is a must order and should be thickened; I personally love it. The Golden Soup Fish Maw Chicken Hotpot is newly launched in October, its flavor is rich and delicious, and it really does have fish maw, but the price is a bit high.

This is my first time trying the skinless chili beef meatballs; the beef is fragrant and juicy. The Lau Pai Tofu Pudding is a must order, but I found it average this time. The squid paste and shrimp paste are still my favorites.

The taro roll is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, very delicious. The pumpkin cake is a newly launched dessert, it’s chewy and tasty, and even on its own, it’s great, but the accompanying tomato sauce dip feels a bit mismatched. The staff mentioned that the company categorizes it as a savory dish, but I think it’s better without dipping it.

Overall, this restaurant is a good occasional choice for a late-night snack, and the environment and service are as good as ever.

I've been to Haidilao quite a few times, and I occasionally crave the taste. After ordering, whether using condiments or not, the staff will help prepare the minced meat and green onions, and then wait for the soup to boil before serving you a bowl. This has always been one of my favorite parts. Here’s what I had this time:

This was my first time having a tomato pot, and my friend has had it many times. The tomato flavor is really rich, not the ketchup kind (I later asked the staff to make it thicker), and surprisingly, I liked it quite a bit. Additionally, this time I chose a new item that just debuted in October; the flavor is very rich and delicious, and there is indeed a good amount of fish maw, though it’s also a bit pricey. I personally have to order a spicy hot pot and pig stomach chicken every time!

Squid paste/egg dumplings/pork/cabbage/dried tofu are all old favorites. I love both shrimp paste and squid paste, and they must be paired with their seafood sauce～～ The beef meatballs with peeled chili have a strong beef aroma and are very juicy; the only item I didn't quite understand was the Haidilao’s tofu pudding, which is like block tofu but softer. No matter how you cook it, it feels like a piece of tofu 😂 But the accompanying spicy sauce is very tasty.

The yam roll tastes very much like yam rolls, with a crispy exterior and a completely smooth filling; it's very delicious. Next, the pumpkin cake is also a new dessert, and I think it's really tasty on its own; it has a chewy texture, but the accompanying sauce is ketchup, which I found a bit odd (I didn’t dip it). I still think Haidilao’s fried snacks are amazing! I still recommend the silver silk roll as their top dessert; I really think it's incredibly delicious!!

Overall, it's a place I occasionally want to revisit. I hardly ever order from the condiment area; I think the soup base is quite tasty on its own. However, the price tends to be a bit higher each time, but the environment and service are generally good.

During dinner on a Saturday, the wait takes about an hour without a reservation, but it’s definitely worth it! 🍲

First of all, we recommend the pork belly and chicken pot. This pot is really worth recommending. It is full of pork belly and chicken. Every mouthful of the soup makes people feel heart-warming and stomach-warming. The tomato pot was an unexpected surprise. Even though I don’t usually like tomatoes, I was also impressed by its rich soup. Whether it is shabu-shabu, fish or bell roll, it is very delicious.

Speaking of meat and fish, the ingredients here are really fresh and have no smell or fishy smell at all. Especially pangasius, my friend likes it very much, everyone must try it!

Next, we followed the recommendation of netizens and ordered the shrimp rolls with bell rolls. It was really a wonderful combination! After the bell rolls and shrimps are served on the table, you can ask the clerk to help wrap them. The taste is really unforgettable. Another thing not to be missed is adding eggs to tomato pot. Beat the eggs and add them to the tomato pot. It will instantly turn into a super rich tomato egg, which is guaranteed to last three bowls with rice!

Crispy pork is also a must-order dish for me. I personally prefer to eat it directly, but it also has a unique flavor when cooked in a pot.

For dessert, the brown sugar glutinous rice cake and silver rolls are outstanding! But the finishing touch with silver thread is even more satisfying✨

There’s also all-you-can-eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream! Today I tried chocolate flavor, mango sorbet flavor and caramel creme fraiche. The most recommended is the caramel creme fraiche, absolutely delicious♡♡

The sweet soups today include barley and mung bean soup and lemon mountain rice balls. The lemon mountain rice balls are very refreshing and thirst-quenching. My friends and I drank several bowls🤣. In the fruit section, there are guava, grapefruit, and super cool sugar cane😆

In addition, free manicure service is also one of the reasons why we went to Haidilao, but unfortunately we didn’t do it this time, so sad🥲

In addition, Haidilao now has a free photo printing service. Although it is a bit troublesome to set up at the beginning (it will be much more convenient if you have WeChat), it is easy to operate after setting up. You can print 4*6 photos, single or collage. . We immediately took a selfie and printed it as a souvenir of this dinner♡

Off topic, I think Haidilao's hair ties are very useful. My sisters and sisters can get a few more when they go to Haidilao. Of course, brothers and sisters who need to tie their hair are also highly recommended. 😊
