The meal pairing is just right, with the chicken skewers complementing the dishes beautifully, resulting in a high-quality and delicious overall experience. The variety of skewers and side options make it highly recommendable.
A discreet and low-key store, with a clean and high-quality environment, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
This is a hidden and low-profile restaurant that claims to be the best yakitori shop in Kanto. It is located about a five-minute walk from Ebisu Station. There is basically no sign or indication on the first floor, and upon reaching the second floor, it feels more like entering a residential apartment, where you finally see the restaurant name next to what looks like a door plate.
Inside, there are two shops. The senior and junior chefs each have their own business. Today, we are dining at a yakitori specialty shop that serves chicken without a set menu. The other shop seems to also focus on chicken but appears to be more like a kaiseki restaurant, featuring a clean, high-quality, and comfortable environment.
The food pairing and presentation are excellent, with just the right portion sizes. There are also some additional skewers available for order at the end. Overall, the chicken yakitori, along with the chicken and vegetable-fruit dishes, is truly worth recommending, although the prices are on the higher side and reservations are required in advance.
