Yakiniku is my favorite in the Tokyo set menu series, and it is also ranked No. 1 in Tokyo Yakiniku on tabelog! (Personally I think it tastes better than ushigoro)

This time I ordered the set meal for 13,000 yen per person (people at the same table need to order the same level). At the beginning of the meal, the waiter will ask everyone to order drinks from the drink menu first, and then start serving the set menu after ordering.

The set meal is perfectly matched, and the way of eating each item perfectly matches the characteristics of the meat parts. It is very particular and really delicious!

Let me talk about some of the more impressive ones: Beef sashimi is very soft and tender, full of aroma, you can feel the original flavor and good quality of the meat, which is super surprising, because I didn’t dare to eat raw beef before this 😂 (I sincerely recommend that I also Those who don’t dare to eat can give it a try, there is no need to change from the set meal)

Then the third item of thick-cut beef tongue and tenderloin parts also performed well. I didn’t expect the tenderloin to be so delicious ~ and the long strips of specially selected sirloin, served with radish puree and sauce, refreshing and not greasy. Soft, tender and big 😭

The rare part of Chateaubriand is really amazing, and I still have endless aftertaste. It is the thickest piece in the center of the filet. It is tender and evenly oiled, but not greasy at all. It is really touching. I want to eat it now when I think about it 😭 (but I was talking on the phone and forgot to take a photo)

The truffle wing wagyu sukiyaki before the finish was also very good. The waiter shaved the truffles right now and paired it with white rice after eating the wagyu. It was super satisfying~~~
