🎉 Le Cui French Teppanyaki - Breeze Nanshan Branch 🎉
Are you still looking for a restaurant to celebrate a birthday or a romantic date? If so, you should definitely save this place!
Hiroshima oysters, live abalone from South Africa, lobsters, Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, and more. The decor is stunning, making it perfect for both dates and celebrations. The prices are also quite reasonable, offering great value.
▫️ Hokkaido Scallop Pumpkin Soup
The soup base is simmered to a milky white with clams and chicken bones🫕. The Hokkaido scallops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing a wonderful texture.
▫️ Miso Soy Milk Sauce with Bean Dust Flounder
This dish uses French cooking techniques, blending various autumn-harvest legumes. Paired with pan-fried crispy flounder, it has a delicate texture🐟, making it a joyful eating experience.
▫️ Japanese Oyster with Fish Roe, Mushrooms, and Sea Urchin Hollandaise
Selected Setouchi Sea oysters from the Harima Sea, super fresh without any fishy smell🦪. Cooked to perfection and served with hollandaise sauce, topped with fish roe, it looks incredibly luxurious. It's hard to find oysters without any fishy taste; this one is definitely a winner.
▫️ South African Live Abalone with Truffle Port Sauce
The South African live abalone is sautéed with brandy and then served with truffle port sauce. Eating a whole abalone is blissful, and the handling of the abalone and its insides is professional🧑🏻🍳. I really enjoy their sauce; it complements the dish perfectly.
▫️ Mullet Roe Caesar Salad
Shaved mullet roe combined with the rich aroma of Parmigiano cheese elevates this Caesar salad to a new level of richness🥙. The cheese slices are pan-fried, giving them a texture similar to paper, which is super unique.

Today is a weekday meal at 12:00 noon. The day before, the restaurant will send a text message to remind you to make a reservation and to arrive 5 minutes before. The chef will start the table on time. One table can accommodate 10 people. After introducing the ingredients, the food will start. The following is Dishes eaten today and their order:
Provence Tomato Seafood Soup: A relatively light tomato soup, but rich in ingredients. It contains gentian grouper pieces, clams, flower branches, bamboo shoot slices, etc. The waiter will come to the table to prepare the hot soup into the bowl.
Wild ghost head knife with grapefruit and tangerine peel oil and vinegar sauce: The fish is very fresh ~ you can eat it with the loofah below and the sauce. The accompanying grapefruit oil and vinegar sauce contains intact grapefruit pieces, which is sour and sweet and very appetizing!
Japanese oyster roe and mushrooms with sea urchin hollandaise sauce: Dry-fried Japanese oysters paired with rich sea urchin sauce taste very good! The oysters are also very fresh and have no fishy smell. The mushrooms at the bottom are very rich in taste when paired with them.
South African Live Abalone with French White Sauce & Truffle: The whole abalone is used and the chef fried it super tender. The two sauces that go with it are very good.
Hokkaido scallops and caprese salad with peach sauce: The scallops in this dish are fried just right, and the caprese salad is also good. It contains cheese, pickled figs, pickled raisins, tomatoes, and seedless grapes. Overall It is delicious, and the peach jam is also very special. The small drawback is that the pickled type is too sweet and the wine taste is a bit heavy, and the taste of the scallops will be overwhelmed.
Caribbean lobster with Kaffir sauce: The lobster is very fresh. The small drawback is that there are too few (1/4 tail), and the sauce can cover up the taste of the shrimp meat.
French-style duck breast with bittersweet chocolate orange sauce: This duck breast is seasoned with salt, which has a special taste. The orange sauce on the side also has a sweet and sour taste. It goes well together, and it comes with a piece of pineapple. Sweet and delicious~
Japanese Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef: It uses the part of Sharon. Chef Shiang recommended that we eat it medium rare, but half of my meat was thin and basically tasted a little dry after frying. The other piece Although it is thick, there is too much oil and it will taste a bit greasy. The one next door looks more delicious🥹 (If you don’t eat beef, I will replace it with Iberian pork ribs)
Beef tendon and flying fish roe fried rice: The chef asked everyone if they were full. If you are not full, you can ask for more rice. If you don’t eat beef, you will change the beef tendon to salmon roe. If you prefer beef tendon, you will get more fried rice. It smells like oil. Personally, I think the salmon roe version is more delicious~
Cantaloupe banana sorbet: The banana puree inside is cooked on the spot on the iron plate ~ it is burned with rum wine and fire. It is a small show. The chef also reminded to take pictures so you can prepare it, but because it was dawn at noon, It's backlit, so it's not easy to take pictures, but it should be great at night~ The cantaloupe cut into small cubes is quite good and delicious, but the vanilla sauce is a little too sweet, and the banana sauce made on site doesn't taste as prominent as expected.
I thought I wouldn't be full, but I was really full after eating! The menu is quite thoughtful. Each dish has its own sauce. The sauces are more dairy-based, but the taste is quite good. The prices are not honest in the busy area of Xinyi District, Taipei City. Too expensive, I recommend it~
