Zhaqi Meino Trading is a brunch shop that originated in Meino, Taichung, with only the Yongchun branch in Taipei. The shop is clean, spacious, and tidy, making it a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast.

Today, I enjoyed the sauce set, kimchi grilled meat egg pancake, and tea factory black tea, totaling 190 NT dollars.

Sauce Set - Chopped Chili Sauce Noodles:
The red chili peppers are chopped and mixed with minced pork, somewhat similar to the Thai dish larb. The soft-boiled egg is quite tempting, and the noodles are slightly thicker than typical udon noodles, resulting in a mildly spicy yet harmonious overall flavor. While this dish leans more towards lunch, it’s delightful to have it for breakfast.

Kimchi Grilled Meat Egg Pancake:
The egg pancake is very crispy, and there is a generous amount of grilled meat and kimchi inside, making it quite fulfilling.

Tea Factory Black Tea:
A standard tea beverage with just the right sweetness.

Overall, it’s a quality brunch chain. The shop also offers dishes like noodles, which are less commonly found in brunch cafes, and I would like to try them if I get the chance.

Hidden in the alley, this trendy brunch spot has delicious grilled meat egg pancakes. The pancake skin is very crispy, and when you bite into it, you can really hear that satisfying crunch. The grilled meat is also well-seasoned, and in the self-service seasoning area, there's Dongquan chili sauce, which makes it even more fragrant and tasty. The only downside is that the portion size is a bit small, and the black tea tastes quite ordinary.
