The restaurant is called Sushi Rindo, and the nearest station is Shin-Fukushima Station on the JR Tozai Line. It is also within walking distance from Fukushima Station on various lines and located a bit down a side street in Fukushima 🚃

It was easy to pick up with chopsticks 🥢. The saltiness was just right, and the texture was crunchy and rich, making it extremely delicious ✨.

It was topped with a yolk vinegar 🥚. The katsuo was rich and tender. The yolk vinegar was also rich and had the right amount of acidity, perfectly complementing the katsuo, making it delicious 🐟🥚.
Grilled Tachiuo 🐟
The grilled tachiuo was aromatic, with crispy skin and just the right amount of salt; the flesh was fluffy and delicious 🐟. It was also great with the wasabi on the side 🔥.
Hokkaido’s Ankimo 🐟
It was served with Brussels sprouts 🥬. The ankimo was rich, and the sauce was sweet, perfectly matching with the ankimo and very delicious ✨. The Brussels sprouts were also nicely grilled and tasty 🥬.

Thick roll with squid tentacles 🍣
It contained squid tentacles, shiso leaves, myoga, koya tofu, egg, cucumber 🥒. It was packed with ingredients and very tasty. The texture of the squid tentacles was outstanding.
The sushi was separated into two types, using red vinegar and white vinegar rice 🍣.
