I went to a delicious sushi restaurant in Fukushima 🍣

The restaurant is called Sushi Rindo, and the nearest station is Shin-Fukushima Station on the JR Tozai Line. It is also within walking distance from Fukushima Station on various lines and located a bit down a side street in Fukushima 🚃

The exterior has a unique charm. The interior has only a counter, creating a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy watching the sushi being prepared right in front of you 🍣

Noto's Ito Mozuku ✨
It was served with okra. The thin mozuku was very sticky and delicious ✨. The acidity was just right, making it light and enjoyable ✨.

Boiled and salted Iso Tsubugai 🐚
This shellfish is from Hokkaido 🐚.
It was easy to pick up with chopsticks 🥢. The saltiness was just right, and the texture was crunchy and rich, making it extremely delicious ✨.

Chiba’s Katsuo 🐟
It was topped with a yolk vinegar 🥚. The katsuo was rich and tender. The yolk vinegar was also rich and had the right amount of acidity, perfectly complementing the katsuo, making it delicious 🐟🥚.

Grilled Tachiuo 🐟
The grilled tachiuo was aromatic, with crispy skin and just the right amount of salt; the flesh was fluffy and delicious 🐟. It was also great with the wasabi on the side 🔥.

Hokkaido’s Ankimo 🐟
It was served with Brussels sprouts 🥬. The ankimo was rich, and the sauce was sweet, perfectly matching with the ankimo and very delicious ✨. The Brussels sprouts were also nicely grilled and tasty 🥬.

Gobou no Gari ✨
The vinegar was just right, enhancing the flavor of the burdock, making it delicious ✨. It was so good that I had a second helping ✨.

Spanish mackerel 🍣
The flesh was thick and very rich 🐟. It paired well with the rice, falling apart beautifully and was tasty 🐟.

Isagi 🍣
The flesh was rich, but the sudachi gave it a refreshing taste, making it delicious 🐟✨.

Kinmedai 🍣
The sweet and rich kinmedai, seasoned with salt, highlighted the sweetness of the meat and was incredibly delicious 🐟.

Squid 🍣
Thick, crunchy, sweet, and rich; it was incredibly delicious 🦑.

Toro 🍣
Marinated and meltingly rich; it was incredibly delicious 🐟.

Kamasu 🍣
The skin was grilled, making it aromatic and delicious 🐟. The flesh was fluffy and tasty 🐟.

Marinated Akami 🍣
The marinating was deep, making it rich and delicious 🍣. The deliciousness of the akami remained intact 🐟.

Kohada 🍣
Glistening and very beautiful ✨. The vinegar was just right, making it refreshing and tasty 🐟.

Clam 🍣
These are clams from Mie Prefecture. The flesh was thick and fluffy, providing a satisfying taste that was delicious.

Uni 🍣
Thinly sliced squid was placed on top 🦑. This is white uni that can only be eaten in the summer from Iwate Prefecture ✨. It was extremely rich, sweet, and meltingly delicious ✨.

Anago 🍣
Incredibly fluffy and meltingly delicious 🐟. The sauce was sweet and spicy, adding to its deliciousness ✨.

Thick roll with squid tentacles 🍣
It contained squid tentacles, shiso leaves, myoga, koya tofu, egg, cucumber 🥒. It was packed with ingredients and very tasty. The texture of the squid tentacles was outstanding.

The sushi was separated into two types, using red vinegar and white vinegar rice 🍣.

They say that the sushi are crafted to ensure that the rice and toppings blend together perfectly 🍣.

Red Miso Soup ✨
It was clam red miso soup 🐚. The dashi was well-prepared and delicious.

Everything was delicious, and I was completely satisfied!
