🔱 Urakami 天ぷら うらかみ 🔱

Let me talk about the conclusion first. This store definitely deserves five stars. If possible, I would give it six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

The store is near Nakanoshima in Osaka, not far from our hotel, the Royal Ritz-Carlton, and within walking distance.
I ordered lunch at noon on Sunday. I must explain the business hours and mode of this store.
On weekdays, they only serve dinner, and the prices are the highest.
Only on holidays there is an extra lunch (and of course dinner), and there is a special package for holiday lunch (it’s amazing, right)

The price of the special package is: 6,000 yen (before tax) and the regular package is: 10,000 yen (before tax)
Of course, you have to order one of each to compare.

Another reason why I highly recommend this store is that one of the apprentices there is Taiwanese.
He introduces each dish in Chinese and how to match the ingredients (salt or tempura sauce)
Even people who don’t speak Japanese can understand it very well XD

(PS. The salt here is divided into three types...)

Sea urchin soup was served first, followed by sashimi. The sashimi is very fresh, sweet and delicious.
Next came two shrimps, one was original shrimp and the other was perilla shrimp. The taste of perilla is unique, refreshing and refreshing. I personally love it
Then comes the fish, followed closely by the green peppers.

Next is the exclusive fried wagyu beef wrapped in shiso for 10,000 yen! I personally think this dick is super cool. When I took a bite, the juices inside were overflowing, mixed with the fragrance of perilla. I liked it.

The next hard dish is this small yellow croaker. The belly of the small yellow croaker tastes slightly salty and bitter, but this is also one of its characteristics.
But his biggest highlight is freshness. How fresh is it? There is a fish tank behind the chef's cooking table, and the small yellow croakers are fished out from it and put into the frying pan...
(The penultimate one can see his surviving companion, but he will not survive the night...)

Fried corn, I highly recommend this one, it’s super sweet and delicious.

Then, the shrimp head appeared. When I wanted to eat tempura, I came here for this shrimp head. The shrimp head can be said to be thick and standing at the same time. After one bite, it is extremely crispy.

Then came the staple food, the tempura rice bowl (10,000) and chazuke rice (6,000) were served, but they were both very delicious and I felt very full after eating them.

Most of the people who come to this store are Japanese. A Taiwanese guy said that he hasn’t met anyone who speaks Chinese in a long time XD
In addition, their restaurant was recently recommended by Michelin. Although it has not yet received a star, it is still recognized.

I am really grateful to meet Taiwanese compatriots, so that this delicious tempura meal will not be confused.
