The cuisine is of very high quality, and you can enjoy a diverse menu. The dishes offered at 4800 yen are an incredible value, especially the fresh sea urchin pudding and the snow crab pasta, which are considered exceptional.
The store is small, but it has an atmosphere that offers a special experience. I felt like I had a great time.

I was so excited that I was incredibly nervous on the day of the visit. 💓
It’s a small place with only 10 seats near Fukushima Station, and I made sure to store my luggage securely in a locker before I went‼️

The menu at this price of 4800 yen is truly exceptional‼️
The shrimp and vegetable jelly potato salad 🦐 was delicious, with large shrimp and purple potato salad 🟣🥔. There was also abalone in it 🥰, and the jelly had a flavorful broth 🐟. The vegetables were crunchy and very tasty! 🍅
For the grilled Spanish mackerel and beef 😋🐮, it had a white sauce with the fish and beef nicely plated along with rapeseed flowers. The sauce was incredibly delicious, perfectly complementing the savory grilled fish and beef. The rapeseed was slightly bitter and tasty too. ✨
In the chicken Sora 🐔, there were finger limes that, when squeezed, released tiny pearls like caviar. It was seasoned with a spice called "Wu-Shan-Men," which paired excellently with the finger lime—absolutely delicious! 🍗
The Asagai-yama crab 🦀 had 1.5 crabs packed inside, topped with a crab vinegar jelly. It came with myoga (Japanese ginger) and a yolk dipped in kombu soy sauce, alongside the roe 🦀. The crab was sweet and delicious, and the yuzu flavor was refreshing! 🥰 The crab miso and roe were abundant, rich, and incredibly flavorful—truly impressive! 🦀
The mackerel sushi burger 🍔🐟 had thick, flavorful mackerel grilled to perfection inside crispy buns—so incredibly delicious! The combination of shiso leaves and muscat grape was excellent! 🍇
As for the Wagyu beef hamburger 🐮, it was made from shoulder and shin meat, prepared to maintain tenderness. It was served with shallots and truffle oil, and baby shiso leaves 🌿. It was fluffy, soft, and packed with juices—just delightful! The sauce was rich and super tasty, and the shiso flavor was great too. ✨
The sautéed abalone with liver sauce 🦪 was a whole, juicy abalone with a rich liver sauce—it was succulent, tender, and had a great texture, and the sauce was also incredibly delicious! 🦪
The sea urchin pudding 🍮, a signature dish of the restaurant, was topped with plenty of sea urchin and was simply amazing! With the top layer of horse manure sea urchin, it was excellent combined with the rich sesame pudding—an abundance of sea urchin made it exceptionally delicious, and I was so happy! 🥰 It was worth coming just for this! 🥰
I also enjoyed the Seiko crab pasta 🍝🦀 since I had some room left in my belly. The creamy sauce was rich and packed with Seiko crab—it was super delicious! 😍
I had a lot of champagne to drink, and the total came under 10,000 yen, which is an incredible deal‼️
Starting next year, the dishes will be 5800 yen, but it’s still super affordable‼️ Please also enjoy drinks accordingly! 🍻
I thought the owner might be intimidating, but they were actually a fun person, making for an enjoyable time! ✨
