The tofu here is very smooth and tender. Although the dumplings filled with beef and pork are quite average, the overall flavor of the tofu pot is good, making one feel full and satisfying the craving for Korean cuisine. The fresh fish and tender tofu pot uses sea bream, and the taste is excellent. The dessert, peanut black sugar tofu pudding, is also very popular.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere that makes people feel comfortable, perfect for gathering with friends.
The side dishes are offered for free refills, and the staff is friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
First, I must apologize for not fully capturing the culinary delights of "Jian Tofu" (New Taipei City, Banqiao Global), this time. Last year (2024), at the end of January, I had the pleasure of trying the food at "Jian Tofu" (Kaohsiung City, Dream Mall). This year (2025), in mid-February, I enjoyed the food again, and the dishes had improved significantly. I hope everyone allows me to write this as compensation, so as not to miss out on long-lasting memories. I will only highlight the unique features.
It's hard to resist the diverse cuisine; I want to present it to the public.
(1) Sustainable side dishes: I particularly liked the "seaweed." You can add it to the Korean stone pot rice, which gives it a special flavor.
(2) Appetizer "Korean Golden Thread Tofu Roll": A very unique "fried spring roll."
(3) Fresh Fish and Silken Tofu Hot Pot: I chose the sea bream, and the flavor was excellent.
(4) Peanut Brown Sugar Tofu: A complimentary "plain water tofu" (National Concert Hall concept store) that features "malt sugar peanut grass jelly tofu." However, this one uses brown sugar and does not include grass jelly. This dessert is just right after a meal.
In summary, I highly recommend the whole family to dine at "Jian Tofu."
It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten Juan Tofu. This time I went to the 2nd floor of Banqiao Station to eat it. Today I ordered a tofu pot with beef and pork stuffing dumplings. When you order a tofu pot, it comes with a purple rice stone pot rice, an egg, and peanuts. Brown sugar bean curd. Side dishes are free and can be refilled indefinitely.
I like Juan Tofu very much. The tofu is very tender and the dumplings are just average. Overall they are delicious and very filling! Satisfies my appetite for Korean food.
