The steakhouse focuses on steaks made using techniques passed down from the father. Although the ribeye steak is a bit rare and has too much marbling, the portion size is generous, and the side dishes are good. The dishes such as scallops and desserts are average, but the non-alcoholic welcome drink is a highlight.
The restaurant is located in an alley on Ruian Street in the Da’an District. The atmosphere is pleasant, but parking is hard to find and tends to be expensive.
The service is attentive, the meal courses are arranged properly, the bread can be replenished, the sauces are delicious, and there is a thoughtful selection of welcome drinks.

Opening a steakhouse in such a prestigious area of Da'an District is undoubtedly expensive, but feeling that it's overpriced is my own flaw, not theirs.
Let's start with the main course experience:
This time I ordered the ribeye steak; although it was cooked according to the chef's recommended doneness, I still felt it was a bit undercooked, and after a few bites, it seemed somewhat rare, with too much marbling. However, the portion size was quite sufficient, and the side dishes were decent.
The overall meal sequence was as shown in the photos, beginning with the welcome drink, bread, scallops, soup, salad, beverages, and dessert. In terms of the overall dining experience, the service was quite attentive. The bread was refillable, and their sauces were pretty good too!
The welcome drink can be chosen as non-alcoholic, which is a nice plus for those who are driving. I personally thought the scallops were impressive, as they were juicy and fresh. The soup, salad, beverages, and desserts were more standard; they weren't bad but left a somewhat weaker impression.
Another point is that it’s quite hard to find parking nearby, and if you do find a spot, it’s very expensive at 140 per hour, which is a bit disappointing. I’d like to try their mid-range dishes next time!
