The dishes have a unique and fresh flavor, especially the classic Dominglas beef burger and the flavorful candied lemon fried chicken. The accompanying black tea and thick soup also have their own distinct tastes and are worth trying. The salad is paired with a lemon and soy sauce dressing, which is refreshing and appetizing, though the lettuce is a bit salty.
The restaurant environment is bright and comfortable. Although it can be a bit noisy and has some echo issues, the overall atmosphere is good and suitable for gatherings and dining. Western music adds to the ambiance.
The staff are friendly, and although there is a tight dining time limit, the speed at which the food is served makes the dining experience smooth. The online ordering system is unstable.
Near the World Trade Center, there’s a highly-rated internet café with an aesthetically pleasing entrance sign. The youthful lettering on rust and the illuminated sign for the burger stand out. After walking a short distance following the signs, you arrive at the restaurant entrance, which has an outdoor dining area, though most people prefer dining indoors.
Inside the restaurant, there’s a notice posted: “No entry for work areas and staff.” They offer online ordering, but the system is quite poor (it keeps loading). However, the food is served relatively quickly.
I ordered what seems to be their signature dish, the Youth Sunlight Beef Burger with set A (red tea and salad). The salad was decent, accompanied by a slightly sour lemon and sesame dressing, serving as a refreshing appetizer before the main course. The beef burger isn’t very large, but the tomato white sauce inside is flavorful; however, the sauce is prone to getting on your hands when eaten together. Next to it is a relatively rare sight these days: fried potatoes with skin on, but the root vegetable salad in the cup turned out to be pickled and quite salty; shouldn’t it normally be fresh lettuce?
At this moment, the music playing inside the restaurant is "Life's for the Living" by Passenger, adding a Western vibe to this youthful hamburger bungalow, making it a unique spot in the Xinyi District.

Dickson's Fooday food review is back!
This time we visited a hamburger shop in Taipei!
Located in a small alley near the World Trade Center, it's Youth Burger!
As a Taipei native,
I can’t believe I didn’t know about this famous and delicious burger place.
I truly feel unworthy of the title of an experienced guide! 🥺🥺
It wasn’t until my friend exclaimed,
“Surprisingly, you haven't tried the tasty and affordable Youth Burger!”
that I realized this hamburger shop exists!~~
Although it's in the Xinyi district,
the shop is tucked away in an alley,
providing a tranquil environment amidst the bustling city,
and the exterior of the store has a very tasteful and elegant vibe.
There's a small sign out front letting you know
that Youth Burger awaits inside.
You take a small pathway
before reaching the entrance!~
The interior is not large,
and the seating and tables are a bit small, which is a pity.
Also, the seating consists of ordinary wooden chairs,
but the space between tables is quite big,
so overall, it’s a fairly comfortable dining environment.
Additionally, there is outdoor dining space,
so if you’re okay with eating outside,
you can enjoy your burgers while looking at the moon, humming a tune!
All in all,
it truly lives up to the name of youth.
The interior is clean and bright,
with a vibrant atmosphere.
So youthful!~~

⭐️Food-wise,
though the menu doesn’t have a wide variety of burger flavors,
it’s clear that each one has its own characteristics,
and there’s a detailed introduction of the ingredients used in each burger.
The burger we ordered that day was
👉 Classic Dominguez Beef Burger.
Considering the price,
the portion of the beef is quite sufficient,
and the sauce complements the cooked beef well,
each bite is juicy and satisfying!
And you thought that just ordering a burger means you only get a burger?
Wrong! You also get fries and some veggies~
Ensuring you have a balanced meal!
Also, the size of the burger is not too big,
so you won’t have an awkward or messy eating experience,
especially facing someone on a date while eating a burger,
when you need to maintain your image,
which can make it difficult to eat comfortably.
Spilling or scattering ingredients
is a common challenge everyone faces.
Moreover, the fried chicken here is amazing!!!
That day we ordered
👉 Sugared Lemon Dragon Fried Chicken.
The fried chicken isn’t dry and tough,
instead, it’s paired with sugared lemon (!?)
giving you a sweet and tangy experience.
The sauce with the fried chicken is a must-try! 👌👌👌
For dessert, we ordered
👉 Youth Italian Coffee Tiramisu.
Here, the tiramisu is moderately moist and smooth,
and the alcohol flavor is not too strong,
it's delicious and can be finished in just a few bites!
Though that might be because I love tiramisu anyway! 🤣🤣
And the highlight is,
the pricing here is incredibly reasonable!!!!
It has the feel of a budget-friendly place for students,
while each dish tastes refined and delicious.
The value for money is exceptionally high!
I highly recommend everyone to return,
whether it’s friends gathering for burgers
or bringing a date for pasta, fried chicken, and dessert,
it’s a great choice! 😍😍
🤪🤪 Dickson’s Rant 🤪🤪
I never expected to find such a small yet exquisite
and delicious burger joint with great value near the World Trade Center!
It’s amazing!
If you want to grab a burger quickly
and avoid disappointment,
this place is definitely a top choice!
After all, the burgers are tasty,
the fried chicken is delicious, and they offer pasta and dessert,
how could it be disappointing?
Plus, as mentioned earlier,
the burgers are not too big,
allowing you to eat without worrying about your image.
I used to avoid eating burgers on dates.
If a burger is not good,
it could severely affect your image score.
This doesn’t only apply to you;
it might also be your impression of how the other person eats a burger, leading to a shattered illusion! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
So, sometimes when I have to eat a burger on a date,
I would take it apart,
like separating the bun and each layer,
but….
isn’t that losing the essence of a burger?
A burger is meant to be taken in a big bite!~~
So finding a burger that you can enjoy with one perfect bite is very important! 🥺
And this place truly offers very affordable prices,
allowing you to treat someone to a meal
without having to blink an eye.
That’s awesome!
Want to show off?
Now’s your chance! 😍😍😍
This location
is also perfect for grabbing a meal after strolling around the World Trade Center or Taipei 101,
or after visiting the market at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park,
you can walk over here for dinner
and chat about the activities you did in the afternoon.
Then you can transition to nearby bars or the Xinyi District’s Eastern District
to see what other activities are available~~
Just open Google Maps, you’ll find MQ,
next to which are the banyan trees, Hidden Temple, and Comfort Station.
Aren’t all these answers laid out for you?~~
Youth Burger
is indeed for the youthful,
after eating do you feel
ah~~ what a vibrant and youthful feeling,
as if you’re returning to the excitement of college!
And then you’ll step into adulthood and take the next steps~~ 🤩🤩🤩
First visit to Youth Burger (advance reservation recommended)
Meal time: about 1.5 hours
Meal time limit: 2 hours
Cost: Meal + 10% service charge
🏡Dining environment experience:
There are bar-like seats, 2-seater, 3-seater (one), and 4-seater, suitable for dining alone or gathering with friends.
The distance between tables is just right so you don’t feel crowded, and you won’t disturb the guests at the next table if you move around.
The restaurant is designed to be very atmospheric, but the echo is severe and it is very noisy when it is full. It is not recommended for people who want a quiet meal.

Meal Rating: 🌕🌕🌕 (It’s a pity that the pork chop was dry)
Since I didn't eat it, I won't rate it.
Meal Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌘 (I like more lemon)
Meal Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌕
This meal is paired with the 90 yuan set meal A (choose one of 3 meal packages/salad/soup + a cup of black tea)
🥣Seasonal soup
It should be a creamy soup with a rich creamy flavor, but there will be an oily film feeling in the mouth after drinking it, which I don't like very much.
There are some small ingredients in it, such as onions, smoked bacon, and mushrooms, which are all delicious.
Meal Rating: 🌕🌕
🧋Big leaf black tea Ou Lei (pay the difference of 30, the original price seems to be 170)
Recommended for those who like fresh milk tea!
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but I was pleasantly surprised after drinking it!
The tea aroma and milk aroma blend well, and the concentration is also moderate. It doesn't feel too strong or too watery. It's a little sweet but acceptable (usually 1 or 3 points of sugar).
This is my favorite part of this meal❤️
(Later I drank my friend’s black tea and found that the black tea itself is delicious, and adding fresh milk has a multiplier effect)

Overall experience:
If I visit again, I will choose afternoon tea because I prefer desserts and drinks to meals.
In addition, if you are enjoying a meal and ordering drinks, it is recommended to choose the set meal directly. You only need to pay a small amount for the drinks to upgrade and have small side dishes.
Japanese style flavour, mild but with a unique taste. The environment is bright and comfortable. However, the echo in the space is large. Even if there are only four or five groups of guests dining, they will still be disturbed when talking at the same table and need to increase the volume. Recommendation 1: Pasta seafood ingredients are fresh and plentiful. Recommendation 2: The set black tea is delicious and not too sweet, refreshing and relieving greasiness. Recommendation 3: The accompanying soup is moderately seasoned and has a creamy taste that is not greasy.
