Korean-style marinated crab offers a fresh tasting experience, creamy and smooth with a sweet flavor, definitely worth trying. The grilled sausages taste good, but they have too many ingredients, and the price is relatively high, making the cost-performance ratio not great.
The atmosphere and decor inside the store have the feel of a Korean pub, with a unique style.
The original flavor beef intestine comes with table-side service, while the spicy flavor needs to be grilled by yourself, which requires a bit of effort.
The first time I tried Korean marinated crab was at "Xiao Ban Korean BBQ Sausages - Dunhua Branch," and it was quite a fresh shock to my taste buds. The marinated crab is also sadly called a "rice thief" because it pairs so well with rice! It is raw crab that is marinated, resulting in a smooth, creamy texture with a sweet flavor and a hint of sauce aroma. It is indeed a rare Korean specialty dish. Although the portion is not large, it is worth a try.
As for the restaurant's signature grilled sausages, I ordered both original and spicy flavors, and the overall taste is quite good. The original beef sausage even comes with a server who helps grill it at the table, emitting an enticing aroma and overflowing with grease. However, most of the contents in a serving of grilled sausages are not the sausage itself but rather covered by ingredients like potatoes, king oyster mushrooms, and onions, with a price of over 1000. This cost-performance ratio is really hard to justify for a future visit. Especially if you order the spicy grilled beef sausage, there's no table service, and you have to carefully watch it while grilling; if you're not attentive, it’s easy to overcook. This part feels like both a money and effort waste. As for other items like seaweed rice balls and soups, they are quite ordinary, so I won't elaborate further.
It's worth mentioning that the atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant have a nice Korean tavern feel, which is quite lovely. This place might be worth a visit for those who seek Korean flavors and ambiance, but considering the price and value ratio, it probably won't make my list for a return visit.
