This family restaurant isn't very big, and you can be seated immediately upon arrival. They will serve you a small cup of Tokyo yuzu sour, which honestly tastes pretty good, and I nearly couldn't resist ordering a glass.

This time I ordered the sakura yuzu, and compared to other noodle shops, this place has quite a few ingredients. In addition to chicken char siu, there are chicken thigh meat, chicken gizzards, and chicken balls, and the ingredients are quite satisfactory. However, the soup base really doesn't cut it; I can't taste any yuzu flavor, which significantly lowers the score because the soul of noodle dishes is the soup.

After the meal, they also serve complimentary dessert ice cream, which is pretty good; this time it was coffee ice cream. To be honest, if it were just the ice cream, I would give it 5 stars.

Overall, everything was good except for the soup base.

This cute ramen shop is located in Shuanglian Station. If you come to eat at almost 8 o'clock on weekdays, you don't have to queue at all. However, at 8:30, there are actually 3.4 groups of customers lined up outside.

The soup tastes like Taiwanese chicken porridge. It's very rich and delicious. You'll want to finish the whole bowl. However, the soup is too little, which makes you unsatisfied.
This bowl tastes more like Taiwanese thick chicken noodle soup than Japanese ramen, but it tastes very good. I will order this bowl again next time I come.
In addition to 3 pieces of chicken barbecued pork, this bowl of ramen also contains sweet potatoes, which is very special. The sweet potatoes are well processed and not too soft. There is also a small piece of corn shoots, but I don’t like corn shoots, so I gave it to my friend. Got it

After finishing the ramen, there was a complimentary ball of ice cream (vanilla flavor today). Even the small plate was iced. It tasted very refreshing and was a great ending to the meal!

Overall, it is considered an affordable option in the Taipei ramen scene. Both of them ordered skewers at an extra price, and the ramen also came with ice cream.
