Today I made a rare reservation at LV-Orange Shabu Shabu, which is known as the world of shabu shabu. After eating, I found that there were already two great reviews. I would like to give it a three star rating. Haha, the reason for the three star rating is because of its Australian M9 Wagyu Shoulder Roll. really tasty! It was still very tender after cooking, which raised it to one star!
This restaurant is really good. When you make a reservation, you can reserve a seat at the bar. The difference between sitting at the bar is that you have a personal pot and then a high chair. However, the bar has a place designed to step on, so it is quite comfortable to sit on.
Two tips can be used:
For two people, one person can order a set meal. There are quite a lot of dishes for two people to share. Appetizers and desserts will still be given if you don’t order a set meal, so the difference is only 250 yuan per plate.
When ordering meat, you can order half portion, allowing you to enjoy more choices. (The store clerk was also very curious as to why we knew we could order half portion🤣. There are many online sharings about this)

The main downgrade this time is for his Matsusaka pig and plum blossom sheep. The plum blossom sheep is good but not astonishing. The Matsusaka pig is probably because it is too thin, so it is a bit hard to cook and the meat taste is not as good as that of Matsusaka pig. A sense of high-end. I originally wanted to order seafood and asked about it. The price is quite high and you can only buy one piece. One piece costs 5,000 or 6,000 per day, so it is more suitable for multiple people!
The bartending section is pretty cheap at 250 yuan a cup, and it tastes like a plum wine highbar, which is pretty good~

I feel that the seat arrangement is quite mysterious. Although it is in the aisle, there will not be many people passing by to disturb me. It is just the waiters passing by.
But it's still a little less concealed than a private room.
The ordering method is mainly a set meal per person, and then you can order other favorite ingredients individually.
Today I ordered their Japanese top quality Wagyu beef set meal and Japanese Kuroge Wagyu tendon set meal.
The set meal includes appetizers, main dishes and desserts.

I chose asparagus and tofu as an appetizer. I couldn’t see where the asparagus was, but I really have to praise the tofu. Although Orange is a more sophisticated hot pot route, I think their service is just right. They don’t serve at all the tables. When chatting with friends, you have to worry about the waiters listening. But because of this, you have to control the time when cooking meat. I like to cook the beef until it is still light pink in the middle, and the taste and aroma are just right😍
For seafood, I ordered clams and fresh fish fillets. The fish fillets are a combination of three different types. Some fish skins have a lot of gelatin, which gives them different tastes. The seafood is very fresh~
It’s almost the second half of the meal when you can start cooking the porridge, but I’m so full that it’s hard to tell how delicious the porridge is hahaha

For dessert, I chose the signature almond tofu, which tastes like mochi soaked in water! The sugar water just enhances the flavor, it won’t be too sweet to take away the flavor of the almonds, but I personally prefer caramel pudding~
Overall, I will list this restaurant as a place to visit again, but I will probably try other meat items~

This time I decided to eat with my friend on his birthday. It is a high expense for retail investors, but overall it is recommended to friends who want to celebrate.

The most famous thing about this restaurant is that the soup at the end is cooked into porridge. Because the seafood is cooked until the end, the soup becomes super delicious. I think the porridge is very unique. I rarely eat such thick porridge outside. There was originally a bit of space, but by now I should have been defeated and super full.
I originally chose two desserts, but because it was my birthday and the waiter was so kind (I wonder if everyone has this benefit?), I was very satisfied anyway.
